3rd person's P.O.V.

As the ride in the shop with Tim was quite , Olivia was looking out the window , searching for any kind of crimes to deal with .

" Look at that guy . " Olivia said while pointing at a guy going towards an elder lady in his skateboard , probably trying to snatch her bag .

Tim moved his focus to the guy who kept getting closer and closer to the lady and extended his hand but couldn't reach .

" Swing and a miss . " Tim said and chuckled at the idea that this technically isn't a crime and that they couldn't do anything .

But before they could fully move their focus to the road , a big and white thing like a balloon came out in front of the driver and passenger seat .

Tim quickly pulled the brake , making the shop stopping in its place as they started to process what exactly happened .

Eventually , they figured out that they went into a car that was badly damaged right now .

" Are you okay ? " He asked , making sure that his boot isn't hurt in any way possible .

After Olivia shook her head they went out of the car , trying to see if the other driver is hurt .

" 7-adam-19 , car accident happened at ... street , officer and female driver , code 4 . " Olivia said through the radio .

" 7-adam-5 , copy that , sending units to your location . " A lady's voice came from the radio as Olivia continued her way to check the damages .

" Ma'am , are you okay ? Are you hurt in any way ? " Asked Tim , making sure that the driver is okay .

" well that's going to do a lot of paperwork " Olivia thought after she checked the damages and wrote every single scratch on her note book .

Tim walked around the driver's car , checking if there should be anything unusual that could have caused the accident .

After they made sure that everything is okay , they talked a little bit with the female driver and got her car informations .

The cars were stopped from passing by since Olivia placed some large oranges cones so that their was no entry .

Some shops of police officers started arriving with an ambulance to escort the lady to the hospital .

Grey walked towards Tim and Olivia to ask them some questions .

" Officer Smith , Bradford , a word . " said Wade and led the way to a quite corner .

" That wasn't like you officer Bradford . I'm sure that you weren't paying attention on the streets . "

But before Tim could say anything , he was interrupted by a voice .

" According to rule 297 in the rules book of the academy , no one has the right to accuse a police officer before checking and revealing the footage of the incident that occurred . Am I right ? Sir . "

Olivia said in a serious voice , trying to get her T.O. out of trouble even if she can get in one herself .

" Officer Smith , I assume that you are a rookie and that I already know the rule clearly . And according to rule 365 , a higher ranking officer can accuse a lower ranking police officer if the evidence are clear and in his hands ."

" And what are the evidence Sergeant Grey ? Exactly , the only evidence available is the camera footage , which isn't taken yet . And an unrevealed evidence doesn't give you the right to accuse him , but also gives officer Bradford the right to place a Lawsuit against you , but I'm sure that he doesn't want to disappoint the person that he would look out to the most , sir ."
