There is, I've just realized, a lot of talk about the handcuffs in this chapter and the past couple, plus there will be in the next two, I think. I didn't really realize that until after I'd planned these chapters out. Sorry.
Sorry this one took so long. I had to transfer it word-for-word (with a few adjustments) from my notebook to Wattpad.
This was requested by wannaread726432. Thank you for the suggestion!
There are two other suggestions lined up, and I will start the first one soon. Maybe tomorrow or the day after.
School for me starts really soon, so I might be a little behind on updates. I'll try my best.
Last thing, I'm going to read this over for spelling and grammar errors tomorrow because I'm really tired tonight. Sorry!
:)
Edit:
I have read through and edited this chapter, but if you see any mistakes please still comment about it so I can fix them.
Have a nice morning/day/night!

"Natalia?" the man repeated.
"As far as I know," she responded with a small shrug. It sounded like a joke, but, really, it wasn't; Natalia could be anyone—after all, every memory she had was of the Red Room or places the Red Room had sent her. So, if not for them, she truly could be any person with any name.
The Winter Soldier adjusted his position. He wasn't trained to decipher the slightest twitch of a face or the smallest movement like she was, but he tried to aim for a spot close enough to her that she felt like she could talk to him, yet not so close that he felt suffocated.
The pause in conversation left him thinking he should saying something. What, though? He didn't know any name of his unlike her beyond simply 'The Winter Soldier.'
Nevertheless, the silence was a comfortable one—or as comfortable as a silence between two near-strangers sitting on the floor of a training room as they caught their breath from an exhausting fight could be.
"Natalia," he said again. The name was pretty, and felt pleasant. It also felt already familiar, somehow, in his mouth.

"That's... Natasha," Steve awkwardly corrected his best friend, confused as the why the unreadable Bucky suddenly looked so shocked and startled, and why he had just called the person he'd seen and heard of on multiple occasions 'Natalia.'
Bucky didn't answer; he just stared at the red-haired woman in front of him. Then, almost as if in a trance, he began to slowly walk towards her.
Natasha stared back, her eyes wide and almost... terrified. Her full attention was on Bucky, now only a few feet from the couch Natasha was sitting on.
