No chains could hold, no walls could stand,
Against the pull of fate's strong hand.
A dawn has come, where night had reigned,
And in that love, he's unrestrained. With eyes wide open, he meets the day,
Embracing all he once kept at bay.
In Minho's arms, he's finally free—
The dawn of love, his destiny.✨..............................✨
Jisung's POV:
The room was heavy with a stunned silence after the shocking kiss between Changbin and Seungmin. I glanced around the table, trying to read the expressions of everyone present. Minho appeared calm, almost indifferent, as if nothing had happened.
"If you're done with the show, sit down and let's finish our breakfast," Minho's voice cut through the silence, commanding and cold. He barely spared a glance at Changbin and Seungmin, his focus already shifting back to his meal. But I noticed the way Hyunjin's gaze lingered on their intertwined hands.
Changbin and Seungmin sat next to each other, their hands still intertwined on the table like they were flaunting their new connection. Hyunjin stared at their joined hands, silent and lost in thought.
A wave of concern washed over me as I turned my attention to Felix, who sat beside me. I was worried that the scene we had just witnessed might trigger old feelings for him, especially since Felix once harbored deep emotions for Changbin. The situation could have been enough to stir up old wounds, but to my surprise, Felix was calm. He continued eating, his face betraying no hint of the inner turmoil I feared he might be experiencing.
"If you're uncomfortable, we can leave," I whispered to him, leaning closer so only he could hear.
He looked up at me and smiled, a genuine smile that put some of my fears to rest. "Why would I be uncomfortable? I'm hungry," he replied with a light chuckle, taking another bite of his breakfast.
"Are you sure?" I asked, still not entirely convinced. I needed to be sure Felix was truly okay.
"Really, I'm fine," he reassured me, his tone casual and relaxed. There was something different about him today—a certain ease that I hadn't seen in a long time. Whatever remnants of his feelings for Changbin had lingered, they didn't seem to hold the same power over him anymore. Maybe he had finally moved on, or maybe he had found peace with the situation. Either way, his calmness was a relief.
The table remained tense, everyone still processing the sudden revelation of Changbin and Seungmin's so-called relationship. The silence was finally broken by Hyunjin, who had been staring at them quietly, his expression unreadable. "How did this happen?" he asked, his voice calm, but with an edge that hinted at his disbelief.
Changbin met Hyunjin's gaze head-on, his voice steady as he replied, "We were attracted to each other and decided to give our relationship a chance."
Hyunjin's lips curled into a sarcastic smile, his eyes narrowing slightly as if he found the explanation hard to swallow. "You've known each other for less than a week."
