Monday came too soon for the boys. They had enjoyed getting to just relax on Sunday. Katsuki and their aunts stayed home after Katsuki had faced timed them and assured that Izuku was doing okay.
It was at breakfast on Sunday that he surprised Aizawa by tapping "Good morning" on his board and then signing "Dad" like Yamada had taught him. Aizawa swept him up into a hug, praising him for being such a smart kid. The rest of the day Izuku had soaked up as much physical contact as he could, letting his brother do the same. His dads also began to teach him more simple signs if he couldn't figure out how to use his board or book to say what he wanted.
Even Hitoshi worked on picking up some of the signs and the boys decided on a variation of the "dad" sign so they had one for each parent. They ordered pizza for dinner - something Izuku was able to enjoy a bit easier this time.
Morning came too soon and they were on their way to UA again. Izuku clung to Yamada, trembling as they headed towards the building.
"It's okay, baby," Yamada whispered, holding his boy close. "You're safe here."
Hitoshi watched as he watched, holding Aizawa's hand. His dad smiled down at him.
"You're both safe here," Aizawa assured him. "You will get to stay together all day except for when Izuku has his private session with Uncle Ryo."
"What if he doesn't want to be alone?" Hitoshi asked, eyes wide.
"Then that is up to your brother," Aizawa explained. "He can ask for either of us or for you or Katsuki to join him."
Izuku blinked at Aizawa and meekly performed the sign for "Kacchan" he and Yamada had created. Yamada smiled at him.
"Yes," Yamada smiled at him. "Your aunties decided that Katsuki would start school here."
"Nerds!" As if on cue, Katsuki's voice echoed across the empty school yard.
The small family stopped walking and turned to watch the blond race towards them with Nemuri trailing behind. She waved at her pack, shaking her head at her rambunctious child.
"Good morning, kiddo," Aizawa smiled.
"Mornin', old man," Katsuki said. "Izu! We get to all be in the same class with Uncle Ryo and Ectoplasm! The Ectoplasm!"
Izuku blinked down at him for a moment before turning to tuck his face against Yamada's shoulder. Katsuki's smile faded. He looked sad, but not hurt.
"He isn't ignoring you, little listener," Yamada promised. "He's just really-"
"I know that, loudmouth," Katsuki grunted. "I'm...just sad he's scared. Uncle Ryo and Ectoplasm would never do what those bitches did."
"That's one," Nemuri sighed.
Katsuki glanced at her, smirked, and happily proclaimed, "Fuck those bitches!"
The woman groaned. "That's three, you little twerp. Now cut it out."
Katsuki just cackled in joy at getting to voice his opinion without getting in trouble. The chaos got Izuku to glanced at him, still silent and tense. Hitoshi just shook his head.
"How do you have this much energy so early in the morning?" the purple haired alpha wondered.
"Cause I'm the best!" Katsuki smirked, puffing his chest out. "And cause I'm the best, I'm gonna make sure we're the best hero trio ever seen!"
Hitoshi shook his head as Izuku sniffled. Both boys turned their attention to their smaller friend and started talking at the same time.
"You're gonna be a great hero, Zuku!" Hitoshi promised. "You're the strongest omega I know besides papa!"
