The mated pair eventually moved to lean against the couch with their boys in their laps. Aizawa smiled as the two boys slept peacefully, and it gave him hope for the future. Izuku almost woke once, but Yamada began to soothe him the moment he started to whimper. The kind nurse, as well as Nemuri, checked on them throughout the night. As the sun broke the horizon, Izuku stirred.
Yamada smiled as the boy sat up, yawning widely. "Morning, pup."
Izuku blinked up at him, still partially asleep. He hummed and leaned back in, snuggling back into the warm arms. Yamada happily purred for his boy. Then it was like a switch was flipped, and Izuku began to struggle to get away.
Yamada immediately relaxed his arms and let the boy dart away. Izuku stared at the men, eyes wide and wild. He stared at them, shaking and teeth bared.
"Hmmm? Zuku?" Hitoshi yawned as he woke. He looked at Yamada and frowned when he saw the man looking hurt and his arms empty. Aizawa let him sit up more, and he looked around until he saw Izuku. He sighed and turned so he was facing his best friend, but still in Aizawa's gentle hold. "Zuku. It's okay. Remember? These are our papas."
Izuku grunted, clearly not believing it. He inched back further, his body shaking with the tension. Yamada almost whined, but he swallowed the sound.
"Do you remember last night?" Yamada asked gently. "The strange man that came into your room?"
Izuku nodded, still staring at them. Aizawa clicked his tongue as he caught onto his mate's train of thought.
"And we're strange men, too, aren't we?" Aizawa asked. When Izuku nodded firmly, the man smiled. "I guess we really didn't get to properly introduce ourselves. I'm Shouta Aizawa. This is my mate, Hizashi Yamada. We got you out of that hellhole yesterday. I am sorry we weren't here when that man attacked, but it will not happen again."
Izuku snorted, eyes narrowing. Hitoshi laughed softly at the look.
Turning his eyes up to the men who had convinced him last night, he smiled. "He doesn't believe you at all."
"I gathered that," Aizawa smiled. "He definitely can mean mug pretty well."
Yamada laughed softly. "He looks like you before your coffee," the blond whispered. "Izuku, what can we do to prove to you that we really want to take care of you? Protect you?"
The small boy stared at them, then turned his eyes to Hitoshi. He stared down his friend and only relaxed when Hitoshi nodded.
"Can I brainwash one of you?" Hitoshi asked. "He knows my quirk really well and knows that it makes you be honest."
"Oh! Do me," Yamada grinned. "Shou was telling me how it felt, and I want to experience it."
Hitoshi looked at Aizawa. "You... remember how it felt?"
Aizawa nodded. "Hasn't anyone ever explained it to you?" When Hitoshi shook his head, Aizawa smiled. "It felt like I was being wrapped in my favorite weighted blanket. Everything sort of became hazy, but I was still very aware of what was going on."
Hitoshi stared in awe, then seemed to notice Izuku wasn't growling anymore and had moved a bit closer. He had accidentally brainwashed his friend before and could tell Izuku recognized the description of how it felt. Yamada looked excited.
"Can you say something?" Hitoshi asked.
"Whatev-" Yamada's word dropped off as his eyes became unfocused, and he settled until Hitoshi's limited power. The blond would have to agree that it felt like being wrapped in a blanket.
"Do you want to hurt us?" Hitoshi asked.
"Never, pups. You're my babies," Yamada answered.
"Do you want us as your pups?" The purple haired kid asked as his friend inched closer.
