"Is it like.. really hard?" Hawk had asked from where he was laid down on the table, a cloth under him as Mar dyed stars into his hair.

"It's a little hard but I'm doing it really good." Mar said as she pushed his head back down. "I could be a really good hairdresser."

"You're almost convincing me to dye my hair." Demetri hummed from where he was sat at the end of the table.

"You would not pull this off the way I do." Eli smirked cockily. Mar rolled her eyes with a small smile.

"I wouldn't do such a bold hairstyle." Demetri rolled his eyes at the boy. "Probably just a lighter blonde or something."

"You would deadass pull off like dark brown on top and then on the like.. undercut area thingy you bleach it to a whiteish blonde." Mar told her friend with a hum. "I'm bad at explaining it but I can show you on Pinterest after."

"I think I know what you're talking about." Demetri said as he pulled up his phone, clicking some bit before turning it towards Mar. "Like this?"

Mar glanced up from Eli's hair to see that Demetri had found the exact hairstyle what she was talking about.

"Yes, exactly that." Mar hummed out as she went back to Eli's hair. Eli peeked up a little to see it as well. "It would look so good with your skin complexion."

"That would look so badass." Eli said with a smile, Mar nodding in response even though he couldn't see her.

Demetri pulled his lips together with a hum as he pulled back the phone to watch the hairstyle on different people. The front door opening and slamming was then heard.

"Mar?" Mar immediately recognized the familiar and sweet voice calling out to her as the absolute love of her life.

"In the kitchen!" Mar called back out to him as she finished up Eli's hair. They all heard his footsteps approaching.

"I have a surprise for-"

Robby stopped himself as he saw Mar dyeing Eli's hair for him. He clenched his jaw, a bit of an annoyed look on his face.

Mar looked to him, a wide smile arising on her face as she saw the boy holding flowers and a box of chocolates.

"I didn't know Valentine's Day came early." Mar grinned at the boy widely before it fell slightly as she saw his face. "You.. okay?"

"Can I talk to you for a second, please?" Robby murmured out as he clenched his jaw. Mar frowned, dusting off her hands.

"Uh, yeah- yeah, okay." Mar nodded instantly, looking to Eli. "I'm basically all done, Eli. Just wait for a few minutes and I'll wash it off for you."

"Okay." Eli said simply as he and Demetri exchanged an awkward look. Mar walked off past Robby, the boy following after her.

"This is sweet." Mar smiled, trying to push away what had just happened. "I thought you said you were hanging with Felix and Miguel?"

"I decided to let them do their own thing." Robby explained, folding his arm across his chest. "You told me you weren't doing anything today so I decided to surprise you."

"I wasn't doing anything." Mar quickly defended herself. "Eli just called me and told me he has a bunch of hair dye and wants me to dye his hair for him."

"It's like he's your boyfriend." Robby murmured out, causing Mar's brows to raise her brows in surprise.

"Are we seriously starting this up again?" Mar folded her arms across her chest with a clenched jaw.
