Mar knocked on the door to boys' room. She knew everyone else was downstairs. She knew Robby was alone in the room.
The door opened after a few seconds revealing Robby. He rolled his eyes as he got out of the room, closing the door behind him and walking off.
"Robby, wait, can we talk?" Mar begged as she ran after the boy. Robby scoffed as he continued walking.
"Oh so now you wanna talk?" Robby asked with a clenched jaw. "What about the ten times I begged you to talk to me yesterday?"
"Robby, I-"
"You wanted us to be over so bad because you were falling for Kwon, right?" Robby cut the girl off.
Mar's brows furrowed and her lips parted in shock at the boy's words. She immediately shook her head.
"No, Robby, that's not it at all." Mar told the boy quickly. "We literally just met him yesterday, why would I give up with I have with you for that?"
"I don't know because you're bored of me or something?" Robby threw his hands up for them to slam back down. "Or you fell out of love?"
"Robby, you know that's not-"
"I don't know anything about you anymore, Mar." Robby snapped as he stopped walking since they had gotten to the elevator. "You really hurt me. The Mar I know would never do that."
"So you're the only person allowed to do the hurting?" Mar asked with a scoff, folding her arms across her chest.
"Oh my God, are you going to hate me forever because of that?!" Robby snapped at the girl, his voice cracking slightly. "You know what? You want this relationship to be over, we're done! Over! We're done, Mar."
"Robby-"
The elevator opened, Robby quickly getting inside and pressing the down button. Mar made a move to come inside as well but he shook his head.
"I'm not going to tell the others about what I saw because I don't want them to hate you." Robby told the girl as the elevator doors closed. "But feel free to tell them if you want."
The elevator doors then closed, leaving Mar alone in the hallway. She inhaled deeply and looked down to her feet.

The students all stood in the tournament. Mar and Robby were stood next to each other. They had to, they were Team Captains.
Yet, it was killing the both of them.
"The time has come." Gunther spoke up, causing everyone to look to him. "Welcome to our first event. I hope you're all well rested and ready for a new and unique competition. We call it the Captain's war. We told you how important your captains will be. So let's see how well you protect them. Four dojos will take the mat. Only one will be left standing. If you hit the mat, you're out. If one of your captains hit the mat, your entire team is out for this round. Check the boards to see your group, decided by random draw. Group A, you're up."
Everyone immediately looked to the large digital boards. Miyagi-Do exchanged tired glances. They were in Group A, along with two other dojos and..
"Cobra Kai, of course." Daniel scoffed out in annoyance. Mar inhaled and exhaled deeply, folding her arms across her chest.
The Miyagi-Do students huddled into a circle, Mar making sure she wasn't next to Robby because of the awkwardness.
