Cleo is beside Audrey as they stretch and watch the boys get ready for their practice. Cleo thought it was an amazing idea to have Garret and Carlos try out for the tourney team.
The Auradon Prep cheer squad was in full swing, the rhythm of their chants echoing across the field. Audrey led the routine with her usual poise, her Brown hair flying as she executed a flawless high kick.
Next to her, Cleo matched her move for move, her blonde hair shining under the afternoon sun. The cheer uniform accentuated Cleo's perfect figure, her athleticism undeniable as she kept pace with the team.
As they wrapped up the routine, Cleo turned to Audrey, grinning as they caught their breath. But before they could chat, they spotted three figures approaching—Chad, King Ben, and Alexander, the son of Ariel. Chad, looking as polished as ever, had that familiar smirk on his face, while Alexander offered a casual wave.
"Well, if it isn't my favorite cheerleaders," Chad called out as they neared, his voice dripping with mockery.
Cleo rolled her eyes, a playful grin tugging at her lips. "And here comes my least favorite twin brother. What do you want, Chad?"
Chad ignored her jab and looked around the field, his gaze landing on the VKs who were just making their way onto the tourney field.
His expression soured immediately. "Ugh, those villain kids. They stick out like a sore thumb. Who thought it was a good idea to bring them here?"
Cleo snorted, nudging Chad with her elbow. "Mr. King himself over here. They just need a little style advice, and they'll blend in just fine. Besides, if I give them a makeover, they might even outshine you."
Chad scoffed, crossing his arms. "As if! You can't polish a rock into a diamond, sis."
Audrey smirked at their banter, watching the sibling rivalry play out. "I'd pay to see Cleo give them the royal treatment. Maybe they'd even give Chad a run for his money."
Ben, always the peacemaker, smiled at Cleo and Audrey. "They just need a chance, guys. They're different, sure, but that doesn't mean they don't belong."
Cleo shrugged, still eyeing the VKs. "Whatever. But a little makeover wouldn't hurt their case."
As they talked, Alexander glanced over his shoulder, noticing the VKs heading towards the field. He turned back to the group with a thoughtful look.
"Ben, Chad—looks like they're about to start. We should bring Carlos, and Garret over. They'll want to join the game."
Chad pulled a face, clearly unimpressed. "Garret? That guy's built like a tank! Did you see those muscles? He's got to be twice my size."
Cleo couldn't resist a teasing grin. "Aw, is little Chad feeling intimidated by the big, bad VK?"
Chad shot her a glare. "Please, I'm just saying he looks like he belongs in a wrestling ring, not a tourney field."
Alexander chuckled, nodding in agreement. "He's definitely going to be an asset. I'd be surprised if he didn't make the team."
Ben nodded thoughtfully. "He could be a real game-changer if he's up for it."
Cleo's eyes gleamed with interest, but she kept her thoughts to herself, turning to Chad with mock seriousness. "Don't worry, brother. I'm sure you'll still have a place on the team... somewhere."
Chad scowled at her, but there was no real heat in it. "Keep talking, Cleo. I'll just wait for you to start drooling over Garret like the rest of the girls."
Cleo shrugged with a mischievous grin. "Im a Charming it's what we do best. At least he's got something to show off."
Audrey Rolled her eyes, exclaiming "Well, just don't let Cinderella hear you. She might have a heart attack if she found out the heart of Auradon was interested in a VK."
