Lola's P.O.V

"Stay Safe" I whispered to the strange looking eagle statue so Sirius couldn't hear. The eagle turned, got out of the way, and low and behold were a bunch of stairs. "Cool!" Said Sirius, following me up into the office. The first thing I saw, was Dawn talking to a pretty big dragon up to my chest. She was very pretty though. "...Dawn...?" I asked. She and the dragon looked up. "Oh, um. This is Opal..." Dawn gestured awkwardly at the dragon. The dragon rawred and waved its claws with a guilty face. Dawn slapped them. "She is a Opaleye dragon. And she is mine. She will not hurt you. In fact, she's my pet-"

"RAWR!" Cried Opal indignantly, putting her claws on her hips, looking at Dawn in annoyance. "Opal! Stop it! You're not a human!"

"Garble Rar mur RAwr!!!!" Opal argued. Dawn and Opal started a most confusing and amusing conversation which ended in Dawn threatening to hit her with a hairbrush. Opal stuck out her tounge at Dawn and waddled into the next room. Sirius and I laughed. That was halarious. Dawn wiped her forehead and sat down in her seat. "Please sit down. What was it that you wanted to tell me?" Sirius and I sat down. "And why are you here Sirius?" Dawn asked, eying her son suspiciously. "He helped me figure some things out. We found out something important that might relate to Harry's paralizing." Immideately, Dawn sat up. "Go on."

"We found out that Abbadon, a boy called Edward, Lavender, a black haired girl in Slytherin and... someone called Dolores? She was wearing hot pink. They are plotting something about hogwarts. The black haired girl in slytherin was the one who paralized Harry." Dawns face wen't red with surprise and anger. "Is that all?" She replied. I shook my head, deciding that the only other thing I should say was about the earrings. "The girl with black hair caught me and placed earrings on me which made me obay her every command. Sirius here, pulled them off of me and so now I can tell you what happened." Sirius gave me an amusing grin. "Do you have them?" Dawn asked. Sirius fished out the earrings and handed them to Dawn. "Don't wear them. Even just to test them." I said. She held up the earrings. "Ok. I won't wear them. Any other information?" I shook my head. I completely forgot about Ambers earrings. "You are dismissed. And thankyou Lola for helping me. You too Sirius. You're just like you're uncle." Sirius smiled happily. He obviously hadn't had any high praise from his mother yet.

Just as we went out her office, I heard Dawn call Opal out and they started talking together. Sirius looked at me. "I didn't know mother had a dragon." He said, confused. I giggled. Neither!

I came into the dormitory and stopped when I heard Amber on her bed, puffing loudly. The curtains were drawn around her bed. I got changed into my pj's and walked over to her bed. I kneeled down and sighed, not opening the curtains. "...Amber? Whats up?" The only answer was sniffling. I pulled the curtain very slightly, revealing a tiny eye slot. Amber was curled up in a ball, her dress still on. I opened it wider and saton her bed, letting the curtain close behind me. Amber looked up and thats when I saw her tear stained face and messy hair. She looked down again, inching away from me. I tilted my head a bit. Surprised. Amber never cried! I crossed my legs and looked at her. "You're hair is a mess. Let me brush it." I said quietly, reaching for her hairbrush on the end of her bed. I sat behind her and undid her hair. It came down, knotted. I gently started to brush it up and down, being careful not to hurt her. Her shoulders relaxed. "I'm hurt" She finally mumbled. "What?" I asked. "I'm hurt" She said a little louder.

"Where?" I replied, gently wrestling a big knot in her hair. "I... I don't know... my head... my soul...my heart?" I froze. Heart? ...broken heart? Did someone hurt her feelings? I started to brush her hair again. "Palpitations or Feelings" I said calmly. "Dont be silly! Feelings!" She replied, sitting up properly. "Okay, sorry."

"Liam hurt my feelings." She murmered. My eyes widened. As I finished her hair, I opened my mouth to talk. "Do you... love him?" As I finished tying back her brushed hair, she turned her head, her eyes flashing, obviously a bit angry. But then they softened. "I should've listened to you earlier. Liam does love me. He offers me way more than friendship. But now... I don't think he does. I guess... I guess I do love him if his words cut down into my heart that much... I mean, you have Sirius. He looks after you, comforts you, gives you fun things to do... maybe I need somone like that as well. And I want that someone to be Liam...I think. But he hurt me, so I don't want him anymore!" She growled, taking up a soft toy and throwing it off her bed in anger. I raised my eyebrows, happily, surprisingly and sadly. Happy because she finally understood what love was, Surprisingly because she was so angry, and Sadly because she didn't love him anymore. I wrapped my arms around her, hoping that my hug would calm her down a bit. It worked. A tear slipped down her cheek and she curled into a ball. "I miss Liam... even as a friend..." I squeezed her hand and sat with Amber for a while till she fell asleep. I tucked her into bed and went into my own. I think this is a problem I can fix. I just have to figure out how.
