Hanni

Minji was definitely quieter than usual. I looked at her as she held my hand as we walked through the hallway. Her look was on the ground.

Not the usual happy Minji that would be telling me about something she discovered. Or about anything really, she was very chatty with me and I adored that about her.

Everything that happened last night has definitely left an impact on her and I just hate that there's nothing I can do about it.

Once we reached her class, she let go of my hand and turned to look at me. "Last night was...amusing." She said. Clearing her throat as she looked away from me and I felt my own heart dropping.

"Minji, please. Don't listen to them, they're not even truly part of my life for them to even be trying to desperate me from you. I'm not going anywhere." I said, cupping her cheek and her eyes were so soft as they looked at me.

"They don't like me, and I was hoping that they would. I wouldn't want you to be against your parents." Minji said and I could only shake my head at her as I brought her down in to a soul comforting hug that I knew she needed, or maybe we both did.

"I don't care about them. I love you, Minji. You're my only option." I said as I was going to kiss her lips but an unfamiliar voice resonated through the hallways that quickly made Minji pull away from me slightly as her arms wrapped around me protectively.

I watched as a woman made her way to us with a flirty sway of her hips and I didn't like it. Not one bit, something wasn't right.

"Minji!" I've never seen that face around before. The girl was pretty, but something was off about all of this. I looked up at Minji who had a surprised look on her face.

"Are you acting like you don't know me?" She asked once she reached us and gave Minji a flirty smile. And my brain slowly shifted gears and it all fell upon me.

It was Gaeul.

"What are you doing here?" Minji asked as she pulled me closer to her, so that Gaeul could see that she is taken. "That's not the way I expected my puppy to receive me." She said with an annoying pout. "I have a girlfriend, and she's right here. So please, keep your distance from me. I don't know why you're here, but just know it'll never be the same between us." Minji said, as she kissed my temple.

She was showing that Gaeul truly meant nothing to her and that she was putting that barrier between them since the start. But I wanted to slap her, pull her fake looking hair out, throw a tray of food on her, and etc.

"A girlfriend?" She turned to look at me with a dirty look and Minji let out an annoyed noise which grabbed her attention. "I will tell you right now, if you don't respect my girlfriend. I won't hesitate on doing anything." Minji said as she gently pushed me behind her.

She let out a scoff as she took a step closer to Minji and I wasn't about to allow that. So with hidden strength I pulled Minji behind me. "This woman is mine. So back off and find your own toy to play with." I said through gritted teeth and she let out a chuckle.

"That woman, was mine before you. She belongs to me, either you like it or not." And I didn't even understand why she's here, but her words did make my heart slightly crack.

"Gaeul, leave us alone, please." Minji said as she tried to push me away from Gaeul but I wasn't about to let her words slide. Not after everything she did to Minji.

"Go back from wherever it is that you came from. Minji is my woman, and she forever will be. And that's something you have to deal with. I don't care if she was your girlfriend first, I'm the first to have her heart and soul so you better back off." I said pushing her back.

"Did she not tell you about her promise? Of how she'll ever be with anyone else if it wasn't me. Minji will drop you if I tell her to." And there it was, the clear sign that she did manipulate Minji.

I looked up at Minji who looked down at me and suddenly brought me in to a kiss. "Minji!" It was Gaeul trying to push her off me. "What are you doing?!" She yelled and by now a crowd has formed around us.

Minji wasn't letting me go, she kept kissing me with urgency the more that Gaeul tried to push her off me. By the time she pulled away, I was defiantly a little hot down south.

"I'm not yours to play with Gaeul. I'm in love with this woman and she's my forever. You tore me apart but she had to be the one to put all of me back together. I love her, so you better go and find your own toy. Because I won't be it ever again." Minji said with the most serious look on her face.

But to Gaeul it was a joke. She let out a chuckle as she took a step closer to Minji.

"Is that what you think? You'll fall in to my grasp again, Minji. You always will." And with that Gaeul sent her a flying kiss before she walked away. The crowd following behind her like paparazzi's.

Minji stood frozen on her spot and a sense of insecurity crossed through me. If Gaeul plays mind games with Minji and she falls for them, I'm going to loose her. And I can't let that happen.

And it was clear that she wouldn't give up until she had Minji in her grasp again, but I won't ever let her take a step closer to Minji. She's mine and forever will be. I'm not going to share her.

And if Gaeul thinks I won't do anything, she doesn't know me. I know how to protect what's mine. If she doesn't want to end up with a broken nose, she better stay away from my girlfriend.

"Hanni, I'm sorry about her. I don't know what she's doing here. She's supposed to be somewhere else but definitely not here." Minji said with a sigh as she looked at me. "It's not your fault, I just don't understand. Did she come back here for you?" I asked and Minji let out another sigh.

"She swore to come back for me, and if she ever saw me with anyone else she'd make our life's hell. I thought she was just being crazy because we all knew she never liked me." Minji said but her words were very much true.

She's here for Minji and I didn't know what to feel. She is a threat to my relationship with Minji and it just broke my heart to know that there could be that slight possibility that Minji would fall under her control once more.

I have to trust Minji, I know she loves me. She'd do anything to stay with me. But could her head beat her heart?

First my parents, and now this?

Please, stop all of this.
