(Rose's outfit)
"Uh, these ornaments are not gonna hang themselves. Grandma Esther's recipe...light on the bourbon." Iris tells dad and Barry as we come into the living room and pass them their cups.
"Mm. I always loved her definition of light. And the Christmas tradition continues. Detective West. Yeah? All right. Sorry, kids the DA wants to ask me some questions. Make sure there's some nog left for me when I get back." Dad tells us and then walks out the door and Iris waits for him to walk out the door before turning the TV off and takes Barry's cup out of his hands.
"What's happening?" Barry asks.
"Come on." Iris tells him as she pulls him to the floor, and I sit down next to them.
"Oh, come on. We're doing this already? Christmas isn't for a few days." Barry tells us as Iris grabs the presents, we got each other.
"I couldn't wait any longer. Oh, wait me first." Iris tells him as she grabs the present from me and opens it.
"Okay." Barry tells her.
"Our mother's wedding band?" Iris asks me.
"A replica of it. I knew you devastated when you lost the real one." I tell her.
"Our fifth-grade field trip...to the zoo." Iris tells us and we all chuckle.
"You cried for weeks. Let me help you put it on." I tell her as I take the necklace from her, and she turns around moving her hair out of the way as I clip it onto her.
"You remembered." Iris tells me.
"Of course. I always paid attention to the details when we were younger. I guess I just hoped it would mean something even if you didn't know that I was really your sister or not." I tell her.
"I don't know what to say." Iris tells me as she pulls me into a hug.
"How about thank you?" I ask as we pull apart.
"My gift so sucks in comparison...by the way." Iris tells me.
"No." Barry says as he opens his gift from Iris.
"It's supposed to be the best one on the market. I thought you could maybe use a new one. It's lame, I know." Iris tells him.
"No, no, this is great. I love it." Barry tells her.
"Yeah?" Iris asks.
"Yeah, of course." Barry tells her and then there's a knock on the door and Iris stands up and goes to answer it.
"Hey, babe." Iris says once she sees Eddie.
"Hey, Barry. Hi, Rose. Nice ring." Eddie says to us.
"It's beautiful, isn't it? It's an exact replica of my mom's. Rose got it for me." Iris tells him.
