Chapter 15

Since Autumn and Violet's first official date out the house, they made sure that they did it often, sometimes they went for walks in the park and had a picnic or they would go out for a drive to a beach and spend time there, they didn't care what they did, if they were together that is all they cared about. It was the third date where Autumn asked Violet to be her girlfriend and Violet jumped the brunette and they shared their first kiss on the beach, it was magical for them. They hadn't told anyone that they had officially start to date and Violet had to speak to Autumn because she had noticed that the press has got wind, she is seeing someone but Violet made sure that Autumn wasn't visible to them or anything to protect her; she had even made sure that one of her security guards sat near the nursery to make sure Autumn was safe until she had the chance to talk to her about it and she was nervous.

She was sat at her desk to going through some detail for the charity ball she was hosting in under 3 months, it was September and the weather was slowly turning colder, Violet loved this time of year because she got to wrap up, drink hot chocolate and read a book in her cosy penthouse; she decided as it was Friday she decided to ring her sister to ask her something "hello" she heard Charlotte answer "hey Lottie its me" she says to her sister "ohh hi Ettie, what is up" Charlotte responded "I was wondering how would you, Mia, Autumn and everyone from the nursery that you work with that you tell me about wanted to come to mine for a game night and takeaway with drinks" she says excitedly to her sister. Charlotte was shocked that her sister was inviting everyone round, she knew her sister was very private but was happy to see her expand her social circle. Charlotte has noticed her sister was around more and spending time with her, Georgia and Elena; she knew her daughter were over the moon when Violet would take them out for dinner more often or came round to see them. Charlotte felt closer to her sister for the first time in along while and she was happy to see the sister she once saw come back. Charlotte wasn't the only one who noticed, their parents and brother had noticed as well and was happy to see their little girl and sister be around more and spend time with them, they all understand that there were times where Violet would be away for a while due to being busy or travelling.

"Lottie you there" Charlotte heard her sister say, she realised she hasn't responded "yeah I'm here, but yes I will ask everyone and I will let you know what they say" Charlotte says to her sister "okay I'll see you later just let me know, so I can order the food, ohh tell them it's Italian tonight" Charlotte hears her sister which confused her a bit "sure ill see you later I need to go my break is nearly over" she says to her sister "yeah me too, this ball isn't going to plan itself" Charlotte heard her sister groan, she laughed at her sister before saying bye and hanging up the phone, she walked down from the staff room and made a pit stop at the office. Charlotte knocked on the door before walking in and saw Autumn and Marjorie sat their desks, she saw Marjorie pestering Autumn and heard "Please tell me, you have been smiley and nice to the staff for weeks please tell me you are not a imposter" come from Marjorie which made Charlotte burst out laughing, this got the attention of Marjorie and Autumn "sorry Charlotte didn't see you there, what can I help you with" Marjorie asked the laughing brunette "ohh right, sorry but my sister has invited everyone to her place for a game night food and drinks are included she said" Charlotte told them when she stopped laughing looking at the pair for their answer "tell her I will be there and thank her for the invite" Marjorie said to Charlotte who nodded her head and turned her attention to Autumn who looked at her "I'm in" Autumn said to Charlotte before turning back to her work, what nobody knew was the Violet had already told Autumn the plan for tonight.

Charlotte left the office a few minutes later and went to ask the rest of the staff who all agreed and Marjorie told her Reece would be there as well, Charlotte went back to the staff room and messaged her sister that everyone would be there and it would be 7 people coming round and she went back to work wondering how tonight would go, Violet knew that Georgia and Elena are with their dad this weekend so they wouldn't be coming. Violet was half way through planning the ball when her phone vibrated and saw two text messages one from Autumn and the other from Charlotte, she opened her sisters first and read that 7 people are coming around she quickly responded to her saying okay and see you later; she then opened her girlfriends message that read 'tonight is going to be fun, and she wasn't going to hide that they were together' Violet messaged her back saying 'she didn't expect her to hide or anything only if she wanted to keep it quiet' she sent the message followed by another 'Chris will be picking you up after you have finished work' Autumn had met Chris her girlfriends driver a while back when Violet picked her up from work one day and she liked the man. Violet looked at the clock and saw it was 5:30pm and she decided to leave the office to pick up the food she had placed, she had rung Gabby and asked her to make 8 different pasta dishes and make 3 of them vegetarian for her please which Gabby agreed to, Violet would have cooked the food herself but knew she didn't have time so this was the other way she could do it. Violet did technically make the food since it was her menu and recipes that she and Gabby had designed together; Violet had got back into cooking again and would always try to cook her and Autumn meals not just Italian but different cuisines as well, she knew Autumn loved it when she cooked for her and what she would come up with.

As Violet left the building, she saw a flash go off and knew the press was near and sat waiting for her, she hated this side of being in the public eye and she did try to keep away from it but knew she couldn't anymore, since she was publishing again as well and announcing new technology to the public on what her company hopes to achieve in the new year. She quickly got in the car that was waiting for her and greeted Chris, she told him to stop at the restaurant since she needed to pick up some food; they pulled up to the restaurant and she jumped out and ran in to grab the food and quickly caught up with Gabby before leaving again, once she was in the car, Chris drove her to the penthouse she thanked him and asked him to pick up Autumn at 6:30 from work which he agreed to do and said byes to his boss. She walked into her apartment building and went up to her suite, she pulled out her phone and messaged Autumn to tell her she would have to wait for everyone to arrive at the apartment so she can let them up since they needed a pass and a code to gain entry to the suite.

Violet walked into the kitchen and placed the food on the side before walking into the living room to give it a quick tidy, luckily it wasn't messy but she put away some bits and grabbed a stack of games out from where they are stored and put them on the coffee table, once the living room was sorted she looked at the time and saw it was 6:35 and knew everyone was on the way, she walked into the bedroom and went into the walk in closet and got changed out of her light grey dress and swapped it out for a blue wrap blouse that made her boobs seem larger and knew Autumn would be staring at them all night she paired the tip with a pair of tight jeans that showed of her arse and a pair of black flats. She decided on this outfit to tease her girlfriend a bit, her and Autumn haven't had sex yet, but they have made out in their underwear but the timing never felt right, so Violet decided to start to wear tight clothing to tease her girlfriend. She walked back into the kitchen after getting dressed and started to put the pasta dishes into large bowls and placed the five non-vegetarian meals near one end off her dining table and then placed the 3 vegetarian meals near the other end so they didn't get mixed up, she knew Mia was a vegetarian so always made sure to grab vegetarian or vegan options so Mia didn't have to worry about eating meat. She quickly grabbed the flat bread and dips she had also ordered and placed them in the middle of the dishes so everyone could reach them, she had just placed the dishes down and heard the door to her suite open followed by multiple voices and walked to greet everyone.
