Chapter 22

Violet was losing her mind, she left for the business trips early Monday and now she was nearly done the last 3 weeks have been stressful, the Germany company she was doing business were dragging there feet but she knew if she could get them to invest then it push Biocorp even further, she also wanted to set up an office in Germany like she has in Ireland, Japan, China and France; she had two more days and then she would be back to her mi amore, she hadn't slept well since she had left Autumn. She spent the week getting ready for leaving and packing, then on Sunday she spent time with everyone before she had left, her Autumn had laid in bed talking and cuddling Sunday evening and drifted of too sleep only to be woken up at 3am by Violets alarm going off, she reluctantly pulled herself away from her girlfriend and made sure to wake her so she could say bye before leaving and getting in the car waiting for her to driver her to her private jet that none of her family knew about.

She and Autumn spoke when they could but due to the time differences it was hard to make it work but they did make it work, she was hoping if she could close the deal today then she could go straight on her jet and fly home instead of in 2 days; she way dying to see Autumn and knew she wouldn't be letting her go for a while, she was thinking about seeing how Autumn would feel about moving in together but instead of moving into either her place or Autumns they look for one together, they have been together nearly 4 months, they started to date mid-August and it was nearly November. She was brought back to the present and saw that the meeting was over when she heard "Frau Luthor, wir möchten in Ihr Unternehmen investieren Wir haben die Unterlagen bereits unterzeichnet und benötigen nur noch Ihre Unterschrift, um dieses Treffen abzuschließen (Ms. Luthor, we want to invest in your company We have already signed the paperwork and all we need is your signature to complete this meeting)" she looked up and saw the head of the company standing up and holding out his hand for her to shake, she stood up and replied "Vielen Dank an alle Ich weiß, dass die letzten zwei Wochen lang waren, aber ich danke Ihnen, dass Sie sich für eine Geschäftsbeziehung mit Biocorp entschieden haben Ich hoffe auf eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit Lassen Sie mich diese Papiere unterschreiben, damit wir alle unseren Tag fortsetzen können (Thank you to everyone I know that the past two weeks have been long, but I appreciate your decision to enter into a business relationship with Biocorp I hope for a successful collaboration Let me sign these papers so that we can all continue our day)" before quickly signing the papers that is needed and packs away everything and shakes hands with everyone before her and Lucy leave the company. She was very happy that the meetings have been concluded and she could go home "lets get to the airport then shall we Lucy, I think it's time we both go home to our families" she says to Lucy who quickly arranges everything for them to go home.

She was thankful that she was only in Germany and knew the flight won't be long back to the UK and not in China because then it would take a longer flight. Her and Lucy boarded the plane and turned everything on to airplane mode, she was getting excited to go home and see everyone. She knew she had no more business meeting that she had to travel for until the new year and could now look forward to the charity ball that has now been fully planned all she had to do is ask for her family and friends to come. She looked at Lucy "take the next week off Lucy, I think I'm going to do the same and work from home" she said to the shocked woman before turning to look out the window of the plane as the took off from the run way, all she had on her mind was her beautiful brunette that was waiting for her.

Everyone at the nursery had noticed a massive change in Autumn over the last few weeks, at first they didn't know what was wrong until they found out from Charlotte that Violet had gone away for 4 weeks on 2 business trips, after Charlotte explained it made sense why Autumn was being moody and gone back to being cold with the parents, but everyone let her be, but as the weeks went by and the date of Violets arrival home they noticed Autumn had started to be happier and less cold with people. Marjorie looked at her deputy "when is Violet home" she asked Autumn who just sighed "2 days, 2 long days" she whispered "how about tonight we all go to the bar where we met Violet and watch people do karaoke and have a drink" Marjorie suggested hoping that it would make Autumn a bit happier "sure, I'll message Violet that I will speak to her tomorrow" Autumn said whilst grabbing her phone and messaged her blonde girlfriend where she will be tonight and that she will speak to her later on or tomorrow. Marjorie and Autumn worked until the end of the day and packed up and left the office and let everyone know the plan if they want to join in, which everyone agreed to, they all left and drove to the bar where they first met Violet 5 months ago and walked in and got a table.
