Fire burned the rest of the place, killing every single creature in the woods. Gnomes' bodies covered the land, green blood flowed away with the rain.
"Nothing." a man's voice said, he's wearing a big, ugly cloak, with a hood that covers his face. "They took everything away. They knew we are coming."
The other two men stiffened, The white eye shone brighter with the fire.
"Someone told them about our plans." The man, who seems to be the leader of the trio, whispers poisonously. "Only you knew the plan. Anyone want to surrender?"
The two men didn't reply.
"No?" The first man asked.
He pulled his dagger out, walked to the two men. Their eyes covered with horror. The man slits their throats within a second. He slowly pulled his hood off.

Sophie woke up in the early morning, Edaline and Grady already wwent out, they told her to stay at the Vackers'. She sighed, "I'm not a kid." she complained, but going to Everglen means that she can see Fitz. She pulled her hair into the same Chinese bun Fitz did last night with the Chinese hairpin he gave her. She picked up her human backpack, which was filled with her clothes.
Biana stood there when Sophie landed outside the gates of Everglen. "Great timing." Biana said as she licked the tiny piece of metal on the gate. "How was your date?" Biana asked while Sophie walked in. "Great." Sophie replied.
"Did you kiss?" Biana asked, the evil smile on her face told Sophie not to tell her.
"Sophie!!!!!! Answer me!!" Biana screamed in Sophie's ear.
"Ow......" Sophie rubbed her ear. She sighed "If you really need to know, yes."
"I knew it!!!!!!" Biana exclaimed. "I can't wait to tell Linh this!"
"Wait, Biana!" Sophie went into Biana's room.
"I didn't know all of you are here." She said to her friends.
"I invited them." Biana told her. Sophie put her backpack on the ground. "Where's Fitz?" she asked, embarrassment fulled her lungs when she asked the question.
"At work, he'll come back soon." Biana replied. "Worrying about your boyfriend, huh?"
Sophie swear her face is crimson red. Dex choked on the water he was drinking.
"C'mon, he's fine, you just went out with him yesterday, didn't you?" Biana kept saying. Sophie felt Linh's glare when Biana said this.
"Biana, stop." Sophie begged.
"No." Biana continued. "In fact, she went to Fitz right after she broke up with Keefe."
"Who told you that?" Sophie asked, she remember that she told no one about this, except Fitz.
"Fitzy." Biana replied. Sophie sighed, of course Biana would get it from Fitz.
