Grimwood ghouls ep 7 Sleepover at Grimwoods.


" Alright!  I been looking foreword to this for months !! " Winnie said excitingly as she walked into the lounging room, carrying sleeping bag at her side and dressed in her night gown which could be seen looking very roughed up.

The others were already seen in the room setting up their sleeping bags along the floor all where also dressed in their nightwear as well.

" you and me both! this is going to be the best grimwood sleepout yet ! " Phantasma examined excitingly.

" Yeah, I can't wait to play Hide and shriek " Tanis beamed gleefully at the idea..as she unrolled her bag into the floor and took

" heh trying playing that with a pack of werewolves!" Winnie grinned baring her sharp claws.

Tonight was  an exciting night, a night all the ghouls would all hang out in the lounging room all night for a night of ghoulish games and fun, if anything it played out like your basic sleepover that most people would have, from staying up late, playing games, and eating as much junk food as one could handle, only with a more ghoulish flare, indeed it was a night all the ghouls looked forward to each year, and miss Grimwood herself did so as well, as she would leave her little ghouls alone to have fun and she herself would go into her studies alone for the whole night..

" Well it's certainly going to be nice to relax and have some fun for a bit " sibella said as as on the sofa and brushed her hair, " some time of from studying is just what I needed.."


" ooh hey winnie, I forgot to ask when did wilbie say He'd be arriving ? " Phantasma asked..

" eh..I told him to be here by 8:30...so he should be here soon " winnie stated..

" I'm still glad you convinced him to come, it'll be interesting having a human partake in this " Elsa said setting down a bowl of spider egg popcorn,..

" yeah, it'll be more fun that way I say " winnie agreed..

" how did you convince him anyway ? " sibella asked..

winnie chuckled " heh heh..it wasn't that hard really....." she said thinking back...


" Earlier that day.........."

Winnie sat on the edge of wilbie's bed while he was nose deep in another one of his comics...

" come on wilbs..you should come..it'll be fun " Winnie explained...

" gee look....as much as I love hanging out with you girls.....a sleepover is not my kind of thing.." he said not looking up from his comic..

" but it's a once in a while opportunity, I mean what's not to like about a sleepover.." winnie questioned .

wilbie then looked up for a moment then set his comic aside..." well..let me explain..." he then cleared his throat. " sleepover or also known as a slumber party is an event usually thrown by girls by girls in the human race, and I being a boy of the human race am not so interested in attending such events,." he said with a nod.

Winnie then cocked her head...then rubbed her chin.." Oooh..I see...well I can grantee you it's not as bad as you may think, and besides..this is a ghoul Sleepover..I'm sure that'd be more interesting to your taste...."

" mmh hmm " wilbie said picking up his comic again..

" I mean just think....We order Pizza, Play some games, and have an overall good  spooky time....." Winne then smirked. " Oh..and also, you'd get to spend the night in the Grimwood school, where things can get pretty creepy in the late hours.." she said wiggling her fingers around and speaking in a spooky voice.." come on that has got to sound fun right ? " she chuckled a bit, she then notice wilbie sitting right next to her..

" I'll pack my sleeping bag.." he said rather bluntly...

back in present time....


" well I Just hope things go smoothly tonight, i think I should write a list of the things we should do tonight." sibella said..

" aw who needs a list...the best kind of parties are the ones where you go with the flow " Winnie rolled her eyes..

" well..yes but you know how things can tend to get..if we don't fallow some sort of routine, we may get get to enjoy all the things we have planned to it's fullest "


" you worry too much sibs..winnie's right..just let it flow and play out as it is..as long as we all have fun, things go well " Phantasma stated with a smile..

sibella looked down at the list she had made and then sighed.." right right, it's probably better not to be on top of things..and just let what ever happen, happen! " she said shredding the paper up and letting it drop to the floor.." fun is the prime goal tonight..and were going to have it no matter what! ha ha ha..." Sibella said with a slight awkward chuckle

the others just chuckled at this as they continued to get ready for the night.. and as they did..matches entered into the room seeing all the festivities that were going about..he gazed upon all the goodies the ghouls had prepared and licked his lips in delight..the little dragon looked forward to this even just as much as the ghouls did..every year he'd always love to hang close about when ever the students threw the grimwood sleepover..for it met getting his greedy little paws on what ever he could find..specially all the delightful foods,,

" matches snickered as he crept into the room...and snuck behind the couch...and peeked out once behind it...the little green dragon knew that once the event started he'd be welcomed to join in..he usually loved the attention he got from all the students when he did..but he knew they wouldn't let him snatch any of the treats before the event started..and he of course had no patience for that..

he quietly crept over to the all the treats that were placed along the coffee table and eyed each one up with delight..his mouth drooled as he began to decide his pick on what he'd take first..

" Matches ! " he heard a scolding voice come form behind him..he turned around to see miss grimwood who was standing behind him with her hands on her hips..this also caught the attention of the other ghouls as well..

" Matches you know better then that.." Miss grimwood scolded the little green dragon..who just slumped back down and muttered to himself..

" Well I hope you girls have everything all set and ready for the night.." she said..

" just about.." sibella informed.."

" yeah just waiting on wilbs to show up, He'll be here any minute "Winnie said..

" ah well then I hope you all have fun tonight..if any of you ghouls need anything, don't hesitate to ask me, for I'll be in my studies " she said with a small nod..

" will do.." Tanis responded..

" alright then I'll leave you girls to it then, have fun..but remember not to get to wild or anything.." she said with a chuckle..with that she left the room leaving the girls to finish up the preparations..

" well I think this just about does it then..now we can finally start.." sibella said as she had just finshed setting up the record player for some nice musical Accompany..


Meanwhile...

Helen was driving wlbie to the grimwood school, and she could not be any happier at this moment...

" Oh this is just wonderful...your first sleepover...I must say it's great to see you getting out their more with your social zone.." she said with a giggle.." I mean truthfully I never thought I'd see the day.."

wilbie just looked over at her and playfully rolled his eyes.." yeah..well I'm only going because its a haunted school...it'll be like those Horror movies where people have to spend the night in some creepy place...only difference I'm friends with the monsters.." he said smugly.

His mother chucked a bit.." Oh I bet you'll have tons of fun.. I remember my first sleepover and the many others after it " Helen smiled.." The joys of playing games and all the devious pranks we pull on one anther, " she chuckled.

" I remember when my friend katie Ell woke up with a live rat in her sleeping bag.." she laughed.." boy did she scream loud enough to wake up everyone on the block..."

" you, put a live rat in your friends sleeping bag? " wilbie arched an eyebrow..

" well, I didn't and I recall no one admitted to putting it in there, and that friend's house we were staying at did have a bit of a rodent problem...." she said rubbing her chin.." well anyway I'm sure you'll have loads of fun "

" well..I just hope they love to hear some of the scary stories I have planned...I have one that's perfect for a sleepover " he grinned while rubbing his hands together...oh..and well..I may not no much about sleepover games...but I do happen to know one that I think will be very fun.." he said putting on a rather ominous expression followed by a slight evil sounding chuckle.."

to which Helen just raised and eyebrow..." okay then..well I just bet Barbra will enjoy it too " she said looking down at his Pet spider who he had brought along in her portable cage..

" heh..yeah I figured she would sense the girls love to pet sit her for me..isn't that right girl ? " he spoke to his spider..

Babra just looked up at him and blinked a few times...

" Ah..think where just about here now " His mother said as she pulled up to the gates of the school..." this is the place right ? " she asked..

" yep this is the grimwood school " wilbie said as he gather his belongings..

" well I can see why you love to hang around her so much " she giggled.." as the large Iron gates open with a creek allowing for her to pull up to the front of the school...


" well have fun sweetie, just give me a call tomorrow when your ready to come home " she placed her armed around him giving him a tight Hug..

" yeah, yeah " he said returning it then breaking himself free.." well gotta go " he said as he opened the door and stepped out, with that he gave a final wave as she drove off down the driveway and out the front gates, leaving wilbie standing on the Draw bridge alone..

" Well come girl, lets see what craziness awaits us tonigt.." he said to Barbra as he carried her along his side and across the bridge..where the fin of Mr toothy was seen circling around below them...

Inside the ghouls were all busily having a good time now, talking and laughing with one another while some nice and creepy organ music played on the the old record player, which was intruptted by the sound of the doorbell ringing..

" O, that must be wilbie now " Sibella said..

" I"ll get it ! " winnie called out.....as she hopped off the sofa and made her way over to the door as fast as her leg could carry her...

once she reachedthe door she opened it where she was wilbie standing their with a sleeping bag tucked under his arm and Barbra's cage in he other hand..

" alright ya finally made it " winnie said giving him a playful slap on the back, "

" yep I'm here..so I guess, we can now start this ghoulish sleepover " he said, though sounding not overly enthusiastic,..

Winnie though paid no attention and invited him to come inside, where she led him into the main lounge room where he could now see the set up the ghouls had...Sleeping bags all layed about and many assortments of food where laced along the coffee table, and the room was filled with the calm yet anonymous organ music coming from the old record player in the corner..as appose tot he actual organ that phantasma would usually be seen playing..he also notice matches was seen curled up on the sofa eyeing him up with is rather unpleasing stare...

though wilbie still had to admit...to someone like him..it looked rather uninviting, specially with the orange glow being cast from the large fireplace,

" Ah glad you can join us wilbie, now we really can begin " Silbella said coming over to greet him,

" yeah..well..what exactly do you have planned anyway ? " he asked..

" come set your sleeping bag on the ground and we'll tell you " sibella said as she motioned over where to put it. wilbie did just that after he set Babra down ,

" Aw you brought barbs how sweet " tanis said sitting near her cage. to which the spider blinked a few times at her..

" I thought why not, she deserved to come along " wibie said as he finished pulling out some of his supply's from the sleeping bag. which included his PJ'S a few horror comics, and of course some snacks for himself...

" well glad you brought her, cause were going to have a splendid time " sibella said..and, now that you have arrived I say we can officially begin, " sibella said with a smile and nod.

"First you should get changed into your PJ'S Wilbs, winnie said " sense that's like an offical rule at a sleepover.." winnie chuckled..

wilbie arched an eyebrow " uh yeah sure.." wilbie said as he took his sleep wear and made his way over to the bathroom..finding it a tad bit ridiculous that sleepover's would have rules...

" And when you get back we can start with some games ! " Phantasma exclaimed..
