Spaceship Dreams

In the quiet of the night, I send a plea,
A lonely spaceship drifting through a vast, dark sea.
No map, no compass to guide its flight,
Just a hope, a wish, burning bright.

It wanders through the endless space,
Chasing shadows, longing for your face.
Stars whisper secrets, but they’re too far,
And I’m just a dreamer, reaching for a star.

Every turn, every twist, a silent prayer,
That somewhere out there, you might be aware.
That you’ll see this light, this tiny spark,
And it’ll lead you back through the dark.

I’ve placed my heart in this fragile shell,
With every beat, a story to tell.
Of nights spent in thoughts of you,
Of words unsaid, of skies so blue.

The journey’s long, the void so wide,
Yet I’m fueled by the hope that you’ll be my guide.
For even if the stars fade to black,
I’ll keep on searching, never turning back.

This spaceship of dreams, it soars, it flies,
Through the cold, silent, and empty skies.
But it’s your warmth, your light, I seek,
In this endless void where stars don’t speak.

So here I am, adrift, alone,
Hoping this message finds its home.
For in this vast, uncharted space,
All I need is a glimpse of your face.

Please, if you see this distant gleam,
Know it’s from the depths of my wildest dream.
I’m reaching out, across the night,
In hopes that you’ll catch my fading light.
