When you question the weight of what you feel within,
Let me remind you, with words sincere,
Every emotion you hold is crystal clear.

In every beat, in every tear, it soothes.
Don’t silence the voice that rises inside,
Your feelings are valid, they need not hide.

They all have a place, they’re all your mirrors.
Reflecting the depths of your beautiful soul,
In every emotion, you are whole.
If you need to cry, let the tears fall free,
If you need to smile, let it be.
For in each expression, there’s strength to find,

Each one has value, each one a gain.
You’re allowed to feel, you’re allowed to be,
