Jumping from my bed, I ran towards my sister's and parent's bedroom, knocking frantically on the door. "Wake up, it's Christmas!" I ran back to Diana's bedroom and opened it to find her pillow covering her head and ear. I made a face, rude. Grinning mischievously, I jumped in top of her, taking the pillow away from her and started smacking her with it. "Wake up, sissy!"

She shoved me off, place the pillow on my mouth and put her head on, forcing to not be able to speak. That's smart. "I'll be up in an hour."

I wiggled around, managing to remove my mouth under the pillow, "it's ten! We must follow tradition!" I fell on the floor then sat up with a pout.

Diana sat up and gave me a glare, "fine. I'm up."

I stood up, sniffing the air,"Great! I think mom's making the hot chcolate." I skipped down the steps in a joyful mood when the doorbell rang. I frowned, who is that? "I'll get it mom!" Opening the door, I was surprised to see Zach standing with a bright smile and a wrapped box in his hand. I invited him in, before tackling him in a hug.
"Merry Christmas!" There was a little bit of snow and it had gotten in me but I didn't care. The holidays put me in a joyful mood.

He laughed. "You seem happy to seem me."

"I'm always happy to see you," I answered without thinking. Before he had to time for that to settle, I asked, "what brings you here at ten o'clock on a Christmas morning?"

"Your present," he showed me the box, "I wanted to give it you later but... I was around the neighborhood..."

I raised an eyebrow. His eyes followed my hand to my collarbone where the necklace sat. "I thought this was my present." He shook his head. I bit my lip, crap, I haven't wrapped his gift yet. My eyes widened, "I have an idea, we'll have our own little Christmas tomorrow? Great idea? I know." I began to push him out the door, quickly kissing his cold cheek, "goodbye! Merry Christmas!" I slammed the door leaning against, listening the to crunching of the snow.

Diana came down the stairs, "Your boyfriend?"

"I wish," I muttered under my breath, walking to the Christmas tree. It was a real one, decorated in various amount ornaments and different colored lights that wrapped around it. With the furniture moved around, it was stationed at the corner of the dinning room, next to the fireplace. My mother handed me a cup of hot chocolate and sat down next to me. I placed the steaming cup on the table and decided to organize the Christmas gifts by person. I smiled at the gifts I got them. Being that we were pretty well off, I was able to buy them real presents.

Diana and my father came down the stairs together. Now that the entire family was here, we could get on with the rest of the day. I began to get about their reactions to what I've bought them. Kids go first and since I'm the youngest, I go first. The first gift I grabbed was the mother's. It was a necklace, with sneakers as its pendant. I laughed, hugging and thanking her. My father's gift were actually a new pair of Jordan's that I've been eyeing for a while. I also hugged and thanked him. My sister's was last, and it was something I screamed in excitement after I unwrapped it - Chris Brown's new X album, autographed. Frantically, I thanked her and started jumping up and down in excitement before they told me to calm down.

Diana was next. I bought her a charm bracelet, my mother bought her Trey Songz's new album which she went just as crazy as I did before the opened dad's last gift - an expensive make up kit.
