The Malfoy Manor loomed grandly in the moonlit night, its imposing structure a testament to centuries of pureblood tradition. The atmosphere crackled with tension inside as the Malfoy twins, Y/N and Draco, were embroiled in yet another heated argument.
"Father, you can't possibly be serious about sending Y/N to Hogwarts," Draco's voice rang out, his tone laced with frustration as he faced his father, Lucius Malfoy, in the opulent sitting room.
Tall and imposing Lucius regarded his son with a steely gaze, his expression stern. "And why not, Draco?" he replied, his voice smooth as silk. "It is customary for all Malfoy heirs to receive their education at Hogwarts. Y/N is no exception."
"But she's not like us, Father," Draco insisted, gesturing towards his twin sister who stood beside him, her expression a mixture of defiance and determination. "She's different. She's not cut out for Hogwarts."
Y/N bristled at her brother's words, her jaw set stubbornly. "I can handle myself just fine, Draco," she interjected, her voice tinged with annoyance. "I won't embarrass the family name if that's what you're worried about."
Draco shot her a frustrated glance before turning back to his father. "It's not just about embarrassing the family, Father," he argued. "It's about safety. You know as well as I do that Hogwarts can be dangerous, especially for someone like Y/N."
Lucius considered his son's words for a moment, his expression unreadable. "And what would you have me do, Draco?" he asked finally. "Keep Y/N locked away in the Manor for the rest of her life? That is hardly a solution."
Draco opened his mouth to respond, but before he could speak, Y/N stepped forward, her eyes flashing with determination. "I want to go to Hogwarts, Father," she said firmly. "I want to learn magic and make a name for myself, just like you and Draco."
Lucius regarded his daughter with a mixture of pride and concern. "Very well, Y/N," he said finally, his tone resigned. "You may attend Hogwarts, but know this: you will be under strict supervision at all times. And if you so much as think about ruining the Malfoy name, there will be consequences."
Y/N nodded, her resolve unshaken. "I understand, Father," she said, her voice steady. "Thank you for giving me this opportunity."
Draco watched his sister with a mixture of apprehension and pride, knowing that their lives were about to change in ways they could never have imagined. As they prepared for the journey to Hogwarts, he couldn't help but wonder what adventures—and dangers—awaited them in the magical world beyond the walls of the Malfoy Manor.
