As Mattheo and Y/N conversed, their laughter filling the room with a newfound sense of camaraderie, the atmosphere shifted abruptly as Draco entered, his expression a mask of shock and concern. Sensing the tension in the air, he approached Y/N, pulling her out of the dorm with an urgency that sent a shiver down her spine.

"Y/N, we need to talk," Draco said, his voice low and urgent, his eyes darting around the room as if afraid of being overheard.

Y/N's heart pounded in her chest as she studied Draco's troubled expression. "What's wrong?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

Draco hesitated, his jaw clenched in frustration. "It's about Riddle," he replied cryptically, his tone numb and scared. "He can't be trusted."

Y/N's eyes widened in shock, her mind reeling at the implications of Draco's words. "But... but you and Mattheo are friends," she protested, confusion visible in her voice.

Draco's expression darkened, a shadow of doubt crossing his features. "That may be true, but there are things about Riddle that you don't know," he said ominously, his voice tinged with warning.

Y/N's mind raced as she tried to make sense of Draco's cryptic warnings. "What things?" she pressed, her voice trembling with apprehension.

But before Draco could respond, he shook his head, his gaze distant as if lost in thought. "I can't say," he murmured cryptically, his words laden with unspoken implications. "Just... be careful, Y/N. Trusting Riddle could be dangerous."

With that, Draco turned on his heel, leaving Y/N standing alone in her confusion. As she watched him go, a sense of unease settled in the pit of her stomach, her thoughts consumed by the enigmatic warnings of her brother. As she glanced back at Mattheo, laughter still ringing in his ears, she couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to him than met the eye. She wanted to be more than someone who he just walked past.

Y/N's mind whirled with Draco's cryptic warning as she returned to Mattheo's side. Despite the lingering unease, she pushed the troubling thoughts to the back of her mind, focusing on the present moment with Mattheo.

As they resumed their conversation, Y/N couldn't help but feel a sense of warmth and camaraderie in Mattheo's presence. The tension from Draco's warning gradually faded as they laughed and shared stories late into the night.

However, as the hour grew late, Mattheo glanced at the clock with a sudden realization. "Y/N, I hate to cut our conversation short, but we have classes tomorrow," he said apologetically, his voice tinged with regret.

Y/N nodded understandingly, a small smile tugging at her lips. "You're right," she agreed, stifling a yawn. "I guess we should get some rest."

Mattheo rose from his seat, stretching his arms above his head. "Thank you for tonight, Y/N," he said sincerely, his gaze meeting hers. "I really enjoyed our time together."

Y/N returned his smile, feeling a sense of gratitude for their newfound friendship. "Me too, Mattheo," she replied, her voice soft. "Let's do it again sometime."

With a nod of agreement, Mattheo bid Y/N goodnight before retreating to his dormitory. Left alone in the quiet of her room, Y/N couldn't shake the feeling of uncertainty that lingered in the back of her mind. But for now, she pushed aside her doubts, allowing herself to drift off into a restless sleep.

As time passed, Y/N and her friends at Hogwarts became even closer. They stayed up late studying together, especially Mellony and Pansy. Y/N also grew close to Theo and Enzo, who were always there for her when she needed support. And of course, her bond with Mattheo grew stronger every day. They laughed, shared secrets, and faced challenges together, making their friendship even more special.
