Hey, Y/N," Mattheo said, his voice soft yet filled with warmth. "I know things have been rough lately, but I was wondering if you'd like to join me for a study session. I could use some help with our Transfiguration assignment."

Y/N's heart swelled with gratitude at Mattheo's offer. Despite their past differences, she had come to appreciate his friendship and support in recent days.

"Sure, Mattheo," Y/N replied, returning his smile. "I'd be happy to help."

With a nod of thanks, Mattheo led the way to the library, where they settled into a quiet corner and opened their textbooks.

As they delved into their studies, Y/N and Mattheo found themselves engrossed in the complexities of Transfiguration spells.

"This spell is trickier than I thought," Y/N remarked, furrowing her brow as she scanned the textbook.

Mattheo chuckled softly. "Yeah, it can be a bit challenging, but I think we can figure it out together."

Y/N smiled, grateful for his encouragement. "Thanks, Mattheo. I'm glad you're here to help."

Their conversation flowed effortlessly as they tackled each problem, their voices blending in a harmonious symphony of shared knowledge and mutual understanding.

"Hey, did you hear about that new theory Professor McGonagall mentioned in class?" Mattheo asked, his eyes alight with curiosity.

"Yeah, I also heard Theo make comments about how boring it was," replied Y/n.

"You call Theodore Theo, what will you call me?" questioned Mattheo

"Hmm, what would you like to be called?" Y/n eagerly asked
" I don't know, make something up," Mattheo responded.

"How about Matt?" inquired Y/n

"I like it!" Mattheo gave Y/n a huge smile which made her feel comfortable and safe.

Amidst their study session, moments of levity they punctuated their focused efforts.

"Remember that time Enzo turned his teacup into a frog during Professor Flitwick's class?" Y/N chuckled, a fond smile gracing her lips.

Mattheo's laughter bubbled up in response. "Oh Merlin, how could I forget? Flitwick's expression was priceless!"

Their laughter echoed through the library, drawing amused glances from nearby students. Despite the weight of recent events, Y/N and Mattheo found peace in each other's company.

While joyfully talking to Mattheo, Y/n noticed his expression grow tense, and a flicker of something unreadable flashed in his eyes.

"I'm sorry, Y/N," he said abruptly, his voice tinged with an unexpected edge.

Before Y/N could respond, dizziness washed over her, her vision blurring as darkness crept into the edges of her consciousness. With a soft gasp, she reached out for something to steady herself, but it was too late. The world spun, and she collapsed to the ground, her senses overwhelmed by a sudden darkness.
