*Nishtha's POV*:-

The room was extremely silent except for the clock ticking. I read the summary to my patients sessions to plan their future sessions.

"Are you seriously not going to talk to me or make me talk ?," an annoying voice screeched making me look up from my note pad. Well he spoke for the first time since our past 3 meetings, a huge boost for me.

Black hair, sharp facial features with a chiselled jaw and grey eyes, he was the dream man of the women out there, Akshay Randhawa. But who knew that he would be this annoying. Well now I know why Dr. Diksha sent him here.

To answer him I replied, "Nahi." "I am not paying Rs. 500 per hour for this.," he replied. "Consider these three sessions free," I replied with a lilt of taunt just to rile him up.

Well technically, Akshay had refused to talk to Diksha for the 7 sessions they had.
Tired of trying Diksha sent him to on the pretext of being busy. She just didn't want her name to be tainted. Her name would be blundered and she didn't want it to happen, did she ?

So she pushed her failure to me, she wanted my name to tainted. Let's see if she gets successful or not.

"I don't need these free sessions. I am the Akshay Randhawa, got it. I don't even know why am I transferred to an inexperienced psychologist.," he muttered hurting my ego, but I had countered patients like him.

I let another few minutes pass in silence before breaking it, "by the way Akshay. Saw your last match, the goal was awesome."

And I guess that did the job. His eyes lit up. "Really ? Even I feel so, I mean everyone feels so.," Akshay muttered his worry.

Then it resulted in silence again. After some what 15 minutes he again spoke, "still they want me to play substitute."
I looked up at him and saw his face blank. Perhaps looking back in the past.

I noted it all down on my notepad. Preparing a plan for him. The clock struck 8 and the bell rang.

"Thanks for your time Akshay, your 3rd session is done. Fourth session next week. And yes the three sessions are free.," I said bidding the angry young man a bye.

Well he surely was some weird patient. Seems all well but suffers from insecurity, lack of self-confidence.
At least my day ended well.

Humming I went out closing my office. I was tired today but a part of me wanted to talk to Ranvijay. I mean 6 years of wait and one thing I knew was I liked him, for sure I did. Nothing bad in trying right ?

Trying once again ?

A lump formed in my throat as I thought about it, about my failed attempts to mingle in the family. But still nothing bad giving it another try right ?

Yes.

Taking deep breaths I walked inside the mansion. The usually silent mansion was noisy today.

Entering inside I came across a number of new faces. Let's rewind once.

.
Krisha ? What is she doing here ? Remember Krisha Kapoor, my editor.

"Nishtha ?," Krisha's call brought me out of my thought. "Hi, how are you ?," I greeted welcoming the hug she gave to me.

"I am all fine. How are you ?,"

"I am doing great,"

"By the way these are my parents.," Krisha gestured towards a middle aged couple sitting beside her.
"Namaste," I greeted bowing my head a little.
