*Third Person's POV*:-

"Wait a minute ! You got married ?," a nurse in violet scrubs asked. "Morning to you too Martha," Nishtha greeted while wearing her white jacket.

"Hi Nishtha but what is this ?," Martha questioned, shocked by the chooda. "A story for some other day," Nishtha replied.

"How many appointments today ?," Nishtha asked Martha who followed her with a notepad. "A total of 6," Martha replied with a smile, as she turned professional in a minute. "We crossed the mark of 5 finally," Nishtha joked while passing Martha a subtle wink.

"You have started becoming popular, the patients adore you," Martha replied with a genuine giggle, Nishtha's smile widened at it as she thanked God in her mind.

"Toh din shuru kare ab ?," Nishtha asked getting a thumbs up in return. After attending to the first 5 patients, she went out for the lunch break.

Unlike other hospitals, theirs canteen served fresh and home-cooked food. So sometimes Nishtha took the liberty to use the food service of the hospital too.

Sitting alone, near the window as her mind wandered off to different topics she could think of. "Good Afternoon Nishtha," a velvety voice called her out.

Startled at the sudden voice Nishtha flinched on her place. She looked up at the person and immediately stood up to greet the person out of respect, "Good afternoon Shilpa ma'am."

"May I ?," asked the head of department as she pointed at the empty seat in front of Nishtha. "Sure ma'am," Nishtha replied politely as she too took her seat.

"Waise congrats on crossing the 5 patient mark. Your performance has been great this year.," Shilpa praised. "Thanks ma'am," Nishtha replied, once again in short sentence.

"Congratulations, I see you got married. Quiet early though," Shilpa said. "Thank You ma'am, just circumstances" Nishtha replied. "But you surely broke a lot of hearts," Shilpa joked looking around at the men who were stealing glances at the woman sitting in front of her.

"Nothing such ma'am, they are just curious to find you here.," Nishtha replied causing Shilpa to chuckle, "As if."

Shilpa to be honest liked Nishtha's calm, collected and even persona. There was an aura of calmness around her. And the way Nishtha talked always made her want to listen more, but the young woman would hardly talk around people. She was always to the point and that made her persona a little intimidating for anyone to approach her romantically.

The lunch was a quick affair Nishtha stood up the moment she finished her plate and went back for her shift. 8 hours of tiring shift ended by 6 of evening.

On her way back home she stopped by the road where a woman was applying mehendi. "Pati ka naam kya likhu ?," (What name should I write ?) asked the woman. "Ranvijay," came a simple reply from Nishtha.

Her mind wavered to the thoughts of man she was doing all this for and who was right then in Videsh- Ranvijay Rajput and the one she wanted to forget.

On the other side of the world it felt as if fresh air blew over a man's face, unknown to him someone still remembered him with devotion.
His height 6"2 and a jaw with manly beard,

In Sydney, in a club a guy dressed in formals was sitting on a chair surrounded by wild youngsters. "Ranvijay yarr, chal na thoda maza kar yaha akele kyu baitha hain ?," (Come on Ranvijay let's enjoy a little. Why are you being a bore ?) Samay shouted for his voice to be heard.

Shaking his head at his friend dancing like a mad man, Ranvijay sipped on his drink. He was checking his phone when a strong coffee chocolate smell hit his nose.

A woman dressed a short bodycon dress had approached him. She clung to his hand and moved her manicured finger across his chest in a seductive action. "A night or forever ?," the woman whispered allowing her lips to touch Ranvijay's ears.

"Nothing.," came a stern reply as Ranvijay lifted his left hand to her view. Eyeing the platinum band on his ring finger the blonde walked away.

Samay and Ekansh shook their heads at their friend cum bhai sa. Though they were proud about this, they wanted Ranvijay to enjoy a little. Just like they used to do some 7-8 years back.

While the ring on his finger reminded Ranvijay of the courier he received 2 years ago. His wife had sent this as a gift to him, for the five year anniversary. Not like he accepted the marriage but it helped keep unwanted female attention away.

The two were at different ends of the world and with different thoughts. While she wanted to embrace his family as hers, he desperately wanted to get out of the forced arrangement.
