*THIRD PERSON'S POV*:-
Feeling Ranvijay's sharp gaze on her for the 59th time in the day, Nishtha looked up and was met with Ranvijay smiling at her. It made her feel grateful, though a little late but their relationship had been improving steadily.
Shaking all the negative thoughts off she put her attention back on the ring game which was being played and cheered for Krisha by patting Krisha's back.
"Ab aap dono ko ek-ek shayari suna ni padegi, yeh last game hain.," (Now you two need to say some poetic lines for each other, this is the last game.) Mami sa suggested the third game.
Confused gossiping started among everyone when suddenly Rudra gestured everyone to go silent.
"Ek woh din tha jab chitthi likh kar tujhse apne pyaar ka izhaar kiya tha. Aur aaj usi pyaar ko main khule-aam karta hu.," Rudra said making everyone hoot and Krisha turned red.
Now everyone's eyes were on Krisha. "I don't know any shayari but Nishtha is quite good at it. Can she help me ?," Krisha asked. While some said no, Mami sa agreed.
"Mami sa that's not fair, I said mine in front of everyone. Why would Nishtha...I mean bhabhi help Krisha ?," Rudra rebelled making Krisha palyfully glare at him.
"Right that would be cheating for Rudra then," Samay and Ekansh supported.
"But bhai I really can't frame any shayaris Rudra knows that I suck at them.," Krisha cried. And a commotion of people voicing out their opinions started.
"Okay I will say it in Krisha's ear then. Let her say it out loud.," Nishtha suggested making everyone agree.
Ranvijay stood leaning against the pillar beside Ekansh and Samay. His eyes on Nishtha who thought for a moment and whispered the shayari in Krisha's ears.
"Aree do-do line bol.," (Say two lines at a time.) Krisha said making everyone laugh.
Shaking her head in laughter Nishtha leaned back and whispered the first two lines.
Krish cleared her throat and hid her face behind the dupatta of her joda and acted all shy. Everyone hooted and cheered at the expression while our groom too became a blushing mess.
"Chal aa ek aisi nazm likhu, Jo lafz kahu woh hojaye,"
"Irshaad-Irshaad," everyone said in chorus and Krisha continued the shayari dramatically.
Shaking her head at Krisha's dramatics Nishtha leaned and whispered the lines ahead.
"Abhi aein likhu tu soche mujhe, Phir sheen likhu, teri neend ude."
