*Nishtha’s POV*:-

Two weeks have passed to our trip to Rajasthan. Ekansh bhai-Ekta had directly returned to Jaipur after our stay at Jodhpur, while I came back to the Rajput Mansion with Meera and Vardhaan.

While Ranvijay...

Ranvijay just like his name had run away again. It is so similar right ? 'Ran' sounds like 'run' and 'vijay' means to 'win', and ironically Ranvijay always runs away to win from me. He had run away to Italy now but this time only after informing me.

Just informing ? He freaking took your permission.

Fine he did take my permission. But, there's a but, but just for 2 weeks and it's  past two weeks.

It's just one day over two weeks. Stop over reacting.

Am I overreacting ?

Yes I am.

Why ?

I don't know. I guess my wifey hormones are knocking back cause, Ranvijay has literally started spoiling me.

Our relation has boomed after we came back from Jodhpur. Though he had to leave directly from Jodhpur, he would call me every night and talk for atleast an hour. Then there were those usual flowers from him that would be at home every morning that made my day everyday.

We were going great.

Touchwood.

"Yes, touchwood.," I whispered to myself as I came out of my thoughts and noticed the hasty surroundings.

"Baba, aaram se uthao na saman. Umar hogayi hain ab aapki maan lijiye.,"
(Baba, be careful when you are lifting things. Why don't you agree that you have aged now ?) I yelled at Baba when I saw him bend down to lift the Holi gifts.

Yes, it was holi, to be precise holika dahan. The festival where we burn the evils raging inside us and light the fire of a new beginning.

The enviornment was festive especially for Krisha as it was not only her first festival with us but also her first Holi, obviously it was supposed to be opulent- to suit the Rajput and Kapoor style.

"Tu baar-baar aise kaha ghum jaati hain Nishtha ?,"
(Nishtha where do you zone out this regularly.) Baba's words caught my attention as he pulled the chair beside me and kept the basket of gifts on it, himself sitting on another chair.

"Ranvijay ke khyalon mein ?,"
(In Ranvijay's thoughts ?) Baba's eye brows wiggled as he passed me a smug look.

"Right, your son, who has not arrived yet even after telling me that he will be present today.," I complained feigning angry. At my whine Baba chuckled heartily making a smile erupt on my face.
