Whenever you say No, the universe will Pause and Persuade You to Believe that there is No other way!
A holy romance saga filled with fun and fueled by faith. This story is about Seo Minji and her Future Husband Jung Woojin. He is rich, handsome and...
Woo-jin and Min-ji walk down the dimly lit street, Woo-jin still holding her hand as if shielding her from invisible dangers. He’s deep into a lecture, his voice full of concern and sincerity.
**Woo-jin**: (seriously) “Min-ji, you’re too trusting. Your friends are leading you down a dangerous path. Just like in the story of Eve in the Garden of Eden, she was innocent and pure until the serpent led her astray. You need to be careful, or you might end up in a similar situation.”
Min-ji, struggling to keep a straight face, raises an eyebrow, trying to hold back her laughter.
**Min-ji**: (sarcastically) “Right, because a night out at a club is definitely comparable to the fall of mankind. Next thing you know, I’ll be biting into a forbidden apple.”
Woo-jin, oblivious to her sarcasm, nods earnestly.
**Woo-jin**: (nodding) “Exactly! You see, that’s why I’m worried. You’re so innocent, just like Eve before the serpent deceived her. You need to stay away from these dangerous influences.”
Min-ji stifles a laugh, shaking her head slightly. She decides to test him a little more.
**Min-ji**: (wittily) “Woo-jin, I hate to break it to you, but I’m not exactly the picture of innocence you seem to think I am. I mean, I know my way around a club, and trust me, I’ve done way more than just eat an apple.”
Woo-jin pauses for a moment, processing her words, but then quickly switches gears back to his protective mode.
**Woo-jin**: (concerned) “That’s what worries me, Min-ji. The devil is clever. He makes sin look fun and harmless, but before you know it, you’re in too deep. Remember Lot’s wife? She looked back at Sodom and turned into a pillar of salt. I don’t want you to be caught in the same trap.”
Min-ji rolls her eyes, almost losing her composure as she realizes he’s still not getting it.
**Min-ji**: (grinning) “I appreciate the concern, Woo-jin, but I think I’ll manage. And by the way, if I were Lot’s wife, I’d be smart enough to at least pack a pair of sunglasses before looking back at Sodom. Salt’s not a good look on anyone.”
Woo-jin’s brow furrows as he tries to piece together what she’s saying.
**Woo-jin**: (seriously) “Min-ji, this is no laughing matter. The world is full of temptations, and I can see how your friends might be influencing you. Remember Joseph? He was innocent, yet his brothers sold him into slavery. I just don’t want you to be betrayed by those you trust.”
Min-ji can’t help but chuckle now, shaking her head in disbelief.
**Min-ji**: (smirking) “Woo-jin, I think I’m a little more street-smart than Joseph, and my friends are not exactly the type to sell me into slavery. Maybe just a little harmless mischief.”
Woo-jin remains unfazed, his concern still apparent.
**Woo-jin**: (softly) “It’s not about being street-smart, Min-ji. It’s about keeping your soul pure and walking the righteous path. Proverbs 4:23 says, ‘Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.’”
Min-ji finally bursts out laughing, unable to contain herself any longer.
**Min-ji**: (giggling) “Woo-jin, you’re something else, you know that? I’ve never met anyone so...devoted. But seriously, I’m not as innocent as you think. I mean, I’m the one who planned tonight’s little escapade, remember?”
Woo-jin looks at her with wide eyes, trying to comprehend her words.
**Woo-jin**: (shocked) “You...you planned this? But why? Why would you put yourself in such a situation?”
Min-ji wipes away a tear from laughing so hard and leans in, her voice dripping with sarcasm.
**Min-ji**: “Because I’m not the delicate flower you think I am, Woo-jin. I like to have fun. I like a little chaos now and then. And sometimes, I like to push people’s buttons. It’s who I am.”
Woo-jin blinks, his mind clearly trying to wrap around this revelation. But instead of backing down, he just looks more determined.
**Woo-jin**: (firmly) “Well, then, it’s even more important that I help guide you back to the right path. I can see now that your spirit is in turmoil, but with time and patience, I’m sure you’ll find peace in faith.”
Min-ji stares at him, half-amused, half-incredulous.
**Min-ji**: (deadpan) “Right. Because nothing says ‘peace’ like trying to corrupt your pious fiancé at a nightclub. You really think you can change me?”
**Woo-jin**: (nodding) “With God’s help, anything is possible.”
Min-ji throws her hands up in the air, laughing in disbelief.
**Min-ji**: (laughing) “I give up! You’re impossible! But you know what? This might actually be fun.”
Woo-jin smiles, completely misinterpreting her words.
**Woo-jin**: “I’m glad you’re willing to give it a try. Remember, Min-ji, Philippians 4:13: ‘I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.’ We’ll get through this together.”
Min-ji just shakes her head, still laughing to herself as they continue walking down the street, Woo-jin oblivious to the fact that his “mission” to save her might just be her next big challenge.

Exterior - Min-ji’s House - Night
Woo-jin pulls up to Min-ji’s house, insisting on escorting her to the door. Min-ji follows, trying to hide her exasperation, while Woo-jin looks resolute in his mission to “save” her. They arrive at the doorstep, where Min-ji’s parents are waiting, having heard them pull in.
**Woo-jin**: (with concern) “Mr. and Mrs. Choi, I need to speak with you about something very important.”
Min-ji’s mom and dad exchange a curious glance, nodding for Woo-jin to continue. Min-ji stands off to the side, trying to blend into the background, though it’s impossible with her bold outfit.
**Woo-jin**: (seriously) “Tonight, I witnessed something very troubling. Your daughter, Min-ji, is far more innocent than I realized. She’s surrounded by dangerous influences—friends who don’t have her best interests at heart.”
Min-ji’s parents look at each other, barely containing their amusement. Her dad raises an eyebrow, clearly entertained by this new perspective on his daughter.
**Dad**: (grinning) “Innocence, you say? Our Min-ji?”

**Woo-jin**: (nodding earnestly) “Yes, sir. She’s a pure soul, and I can see that she’s easily led astray by those around her. It’s imperative that you protect her until we’re married. After that, I’ll take on the responsibility to guide her and keep her safe, but until then, please make sure she’s not exposed to such negative influences.”
Min-ji’s mom suppresses a laugh, covering her mouth with her hand. Her dad, on the other hand, can’t help but tease his daughter.
**Dad**: (smirking) “Well, well, Woo-jin, you’ve clearly seen something in our daughter that we never have. Innocence, huh? That’s a first.”
Min-ji shoots her dad a glare, but Woo-jin remains oblivious to the sarcasm, his expression serious as ever.
