Chapter twenty-eight

Carlos pov

After the game was over and I went to my house Charles texted me and said he made it home safely I went to bed. I woke up bright and early the next morning.

I went downstairs to the kitchen and made breakfast for myself and went back upstairs and do the rest of my morning routine.

Before leaving I texted Charles and asked him which car I should drive today and told him to get ready that I'm picking him up I have something planned for us.

Well mostly for him today is going to be all about my beautiful gorgeous adorable baby. I arrive at his home and waited for him by the couch.

I hear footsteps coming down the stairs and look up from my phone and see Charles in my hoodie with black pants. I smile and stand up when he walks towards me and pulled me in for a kiss.

I smile into the kiss and pull away walking towards the front door and straight into the car. I stop the car at a book shop and look at Charles who has a confuse expression on his face.

" you're probably wondering why we are here. " I start and see him nodding " where going to go in there and you can pick out any book you want. Go wild baby boy I'm spoiling you today. " I said and walked to his side of the door and opens it for him.

I see his mouth open wide and I closed it after a few seconds " really " he say in disbelief " yeah " I chuckle at his reaction when I hear the most adorable giggle come out of his mouth.

" come on " I take his hand after locking the car and going into the shop I grab a basket and follow behind grabbing any book he looks at or touches.

We went to the cashier after being in the store for over two hours and I payed with my credit card. He tries ti grab one of the bags to help carry but I don't let him.

I then take him to the Nike's I know his been eyeing the new shoes that came out a few days ago.

We stand in front of the store and his hand goes to his mouth " shut up " he muttered and turned to look at me and I smiled and he shakes his head.

" no Carlos baby that's too much really the book are enough already " he refuses " no you deserve it baby, you know you deserve the whole world and I'm gonna give it to you one way or another. So please let me spoil my baby. "

Reluctantly he let me buy him the shoes and a couple more with matching clothes. At the end of the day I know I made my baby happy when I dropped him off.

He couldn't stop ranting about the books I got him and can't wait to start reading them. He couldn't stop thanking me over and over again for the books and the rest of the things he got.

I stayed a little for a bit talking to Charles family when I heard him freaking out from upstairs. I follow his family upstairs to his room they stopped when they saw a trail of roses by the door.

" no fucking way " I heard Arthur voice I stand by the opening of the doorway when he held up tickets in the air showing his mom " holy shit no, no way these are tickets to THE FUCKING ERAS TOUR. " he say freaked out.

When tears started to make their way in his eyes " do you how long I have been wanting to go to the eras tour and now I'm going mom I'm going to THE eras tour. " he said still not believing it hands shaking uncontrollably.

He sees me and runs into my arms finally letting the tears fall " thank you, thank you for making my dreams come true. " he said pulling away from the hug to wipe tears away.

" hey do you wanna know the best part after " I ask and he shook his head no " you'll meet her after the show " I whispered in his ear and his whole face lights up " really please tell me you're not joking "

" I'm not " I said and he took I step back and said " I'm meeting Taylor Swift after the show " to be sure that he heard it right and I nodded.

" you're telling me I'm meeting THE fucking Taylor Swift after the show " he said it again this time a little louder and I nodded again.

" holy shit, I fucking love you. " he said unexpectedly out of nowhere leaving me shock staring at him.
