Losing you 1/?

This takes place after the memory loss track, right after episode 36 where Eda doesn't marry Deniz and EdSer manage to get an annulment.

The Selin-is-pregnant bit never happened and she is out of the picture (thank god).

Eda was finally looking at life brightly again, she felt like she could breath again.

After so many months of agony, after the huge trauma that Serkan's plane crash on their wedding day, and the even bigger shock of his memory loss. After the weeks and weeks of him painfully not remembering her and parading around with Selin, he had finally gotten his memory back.

And they were back to connect and be in love, just life before. She didn't even realise how much she missed intimacy with Serkan, and it wasn't only for the sex, it was also for the cuddling, the tender caresses, how softly they whispered to each other, their nose to nose face touching, legs tangled and feet cuddling, the moments spent in pure serenity in each other's arms.

Eda was finally home, and she was sure after all this, nothing could be an obstacle for Serkan and her, they would only go onwards. They'd have a beautiful life, they had so much to look forwards to. Professional success, their wedding, married life, children, growing old together...

Eda was sure nothing could go wrong anymore, that was untill she fainted this morning, she left Art Life for an outside meeting with a client and lost consciousness before he even arrived.

She was just stressed, the marriage thing to Deniz had made her anxious all day yesterday, it was hectic to chase him around all day to get an annulment, it played with her nerves and she even had a nightmare where Deniz kissed her, awful.

She woke in an ambulance, the client she was supposed to meet had called it, and her head was throbbing, she decided not to argue and see a doctor, Serkan had been insisting for so long for her to see one for her fainting issue, she was sure everything was fine, but for his peace of mind, she gave in.

To her surprise, the doctor ordered quite a few tests, including a brain scan, and it took a while to do them, and another couple of hours to get the results.

As she was waiting for them in the hall, she took a look of her phone and saw 3 missed calls from Serkan and several messages.

"How did the meeting go ? Isn't it over yet ?"

"Is everything fine ?"
"Where are you ?"

"Eda, I am begining to worry. Where are you ?"

Eda held her forehead, she hated lying but she knew how Serkan was, she didn't want to worry him for no reason.

"The meeting went well. It took longer than expected. I've gone to Hala's to shower and pick up a few clothes."

"Is it okay if I go home directly from there or do you need me to come back at the office ?"

She lied, hating to, but she could actually go abd pick up things, she was slowly moving back into their loft, so it wasn't entirely a lie.

"Go home aşkım, you were looking tired today." Serkan worried and Eda bit her lip, he had noticed, ofcourse he did.

"Ama, we have a little party at the office tonight, do you think you can still come ?" Serkan typed nervously, he needed her to come.

He had used the afternoon of her absence to buy her a ring, a wedding ring this time, made out of pure gold and with intricate flowers, to his Eda's image. He was going to propose to her infront of everyone tonight.
