This morning, as I sat on the beach with my coffee, I watched the sunrise and felt the relentless wind. It's moments like these that make us stop and think about the many beautiful things out there. Too often, we become too busy or life gets tough, and before we know it, we've missed out on the little things that make life special.
I'm currently on a mini-adventure, enjoying a much-needed holiday to find my center and reflect. Falling asleep to the sound of the sea is incredibly calming, especially as moody weather sets in, with dark skies and the distant rumble of thunder.
There's something about the sound of waves crashing against the shore that soothes the mind and spirit. Personally, I find the beach to be a therapeutic sanctuary.
