"Let's see Beth, she walks out of a room as soon as I walk into it, she hasn't spoke to me in 18 days and still sleeps on the sofa because apparently even being on the same floor as me is unbearable so yeah couldn't be better" "it wasn't fair what happened and it should never of happened" "it is what it is" "I have an idea" "ok?" I text Michelle straight away and then get sorted for training.

~Chris' POV~
I arrive at the gym and meet Thomas there "hi you must be Chris" "and you came highly recommended as the best new solicitor in the firm so I hope they weren't just bigging you up" "I understand that you are a long time client with the firm and the situation that is going on here" "and you have the papers?" "I have everything" "good let's go in." We walk in and head straight up to Tony's office "Chris what you doing here?" "It's my gym I can come when I want" "mr bayliss?" "Yes that's me" "you've been served notice, if you sign your share of the gym back over to Chris then no legal action will be taken against you" "legal action for what? You have nothing on me I'm not signing it over" "how about embezzlement Tony?" "I don't know what you're talking about" "oh really.." "Chris let me handle this please, so you are refusing to sign the company back over?" "Yes I'm refusing" "ok well I have a couple of officers on standby with all the evidence of the £75,000 you embezzled I will just get them to come along your looking at around 6 years for it." Thomas pulls his phone out "wait just wait a second if I sign the company back over nothing happens" "that's the deal mr bayliss" "ok I'll do it." Thomas lays the papers out on the table and Tony signs them "good now that they have been signed you have 10 minutes to leave the premises and with the new restraining order that's in place you can not go within 300 feet of Christina Williamson, her family, her property, or any of her businesses" "so this is how it ends Chris" "do not talk to my client and pack your things."

As Tony packs up I go onto the gym floor "I know a lot of you are wondering why I closed the gym for a couple of hours, well there is something yous all need to know, Tony is no longer part of this company" "what? He is the only one here your never here Chris" "I am not here because I am working from home it's kind of what happens when you have a 4 month old, but everything that has happened in this gym has been through me" "if Tony goes I go" "that's fine there's the door, I'm not going to stand here and beg yous to stay but you want to know why things have depleted in here in terms of finance? Tony stole £75,000 from the company that's why he is gone so if anyone wants to follow him like I said there is the door." I step to the side pointing towards the door "no? No takers? Ok good moving on I will be looking for 3 new gym managers as we already have one if he will accept the job. Dom what do you say?" "Me?" "Yeah you" "I would love too" "fantastic."

Tony comes out of the office and starts walking towards the doors "oh by the way congratulations daddy" "what are you talking about Chris?" "Didn't you know? Emily is pregnant 5 months and since you're the only man she has ever slept with" "you're lying" "ok if you say so have a nice life." He walks out "so any questions?" "The gyms not closing is it?" "Definitely not I have replaced the stolen money" "how?" "It just means that for the next 6 months I will be making nothing from the gym however I am expanding the gym opening up a new site, I am hoping the ones here would be willing to teach classes, so Sarah you would get your spin classes, dom you could have your fitness camp, Trish you could have your Pilates classes that's if yous want to stick with me" "how long are we looking?" "I have found the perfect building and already started the work I will take yous too it one day" "and your not abandoning us?" "No chance this gym has my blood sweat and tears has gone into this gym. I tell you what I will bring Zade in one day then yous can meet the reason I've not been around" "that would be nice" "ok well I have to go I have things to do but remember I am always reachable I always have been, see yous all soon." I leave the gym and get a taxi home I can't wait to see my boys.
