Rain woke up feeling a mixture of excitement and nerves, the weight of the day pressing down on him. Today wasn’t just any day, it was the day Sunset Security would finally be unveiled to the world. He was about to step into the business world in a big way, and the anticipation made his heart race.

As he stirred in bed, he realized that Phayu’s arm was still wrapped protectively around him. Rain tilted his head to look up at Phayu’s peaceful face, a small smile tugging at his lips. He felt so grateful that life had led them together, Phayu was his anchor, his everything.

Rain moved closer, resting his head on Phayu’s chest, seeking comfort in his warmth. He held him tight, feeling the rise and fall of Phayu’s breath. A moment later, Phayu stirred, waking up to find Rain nestled against him. He glanced down, still half-asleep, and placed a gentle kiss on Rain’s head.

“Morning, baby,” Phayu said, his voice deep and husky from sleep.

“Morning, my love,” Rain replied, looking up at him with a soft smile.

Phayu noticed the hint of anxiety in Rain’s eyes. “Nervous?” he asked gently, brushing a hand through Rain’s hair.

Rain nodded silently, his emotions swirling inside him. He felt confident in the work he’d done, but the magnitude of the event still left him on edge.

Phayu tightened his hold on him, giving him a reassuring squeeze. “Don’t worry, everything will go smoothly. You’re the best, Rain. I know you are.”

Rain smiled, comforted by Phayu’s words. It was true some of Phayu’s properties had already been using the Sunset Security system for a month, and everything had worked perfectly. He knew he had done everything possible to ensure the launch would be a success, but still, having Phayu by his side made all the difference.

“Let’s get ready and have a really good breakfast. You’ll need your strength today,” Phayu said, his tone full of care.

Rain nodded again, feeling a little lighter as he followed Phayu into the bathroom. They showered quickly, enjoying the few moments of normalcy before the day took off in full swing. After dressing in comfortable clothes, they headed downstairs to the kitchen.

As they entered, they found Prim already at the table, a wide smile on her face as she munched on a piece of bread. “Good morning!” she greeted them cheerfully, her eyes sparkling with excitement. She had come home from her semester break just to be present for Rain on his big day.

“Morning, Prim,” Rain and Phayu greeted in unison, taking their seats at the table.

The maid had prepared a delicious breakfast, complete with fresh fruit, eggs, toast, and coffee. It smelled heavenly, and Rain’s stomach growled in anticipation.

“Big day today!” Prim said, practically bouncing in her seat. “I’m so excited for you, P'Rain. I just know you’re going to knock it out of the park.”

Rain chuckled, her enthusiasm contagious. “Thanks, Prim. I’m excited too. A little nervous, but mostly excited.”

“That’s completely normal,” Phayu chimed in as he spread some butter on his toast. “But you’ve worked hard for this moment, and everyone who’s going to be there today is going to see how incredible Sunset Security is.”

Rain felt a surge of pride at Phayu’s words. “I couldn’t have done it without you,” he said, his eyes meeting Phayu’s. “You believed in me every step of the way.”

Phayu reached out to take Rain’s hand, giving it a gentle squeeze. “Always. And I’ll keep believing in you, no matter what.”

Prim watched them with a soft smile, her heart warmed by the love between her brother and Rain. “You guys are so cute, it’s almost unfair” she teased, taking a sip of her orange juice.
