The week seemed to pass in the blink of an eye. Phayu and Rain immersed themselves in each other’s company, going on dates, exploring the city as per usual, and reveling in the joy of simply being together. The news of their relationship spread everywhere but they didn't care at all.

Every day was a new adventure, and every minute was cherished as if it were their last. They laughed, teased each other, and shared moments that felt like they could only belong to them. The connection between them deepened with each passing day, their love growing stronger, more unbreakable.

But as much as they wished for time to slow down, reality began to intrude. Phayu’s responsibilities back in Bangkok were calling, and the inevitable moment of parting loomed closer with each passing day. Neither of them wanted to acknowledge it, but the day to say goodbye finally arrived.

At the airport, the atmosphere was thick with unspoken emotions. They stood close, arms wrapped around each other, as if the warmth of their embrace could stave off the cold reality of separation.

Phayu pulled Rain even closer, his lips brushing against Rain’s ear as he whispered, "This is our last separation. The next time I see you, you’re coming back with me, for good."

Rain chuckled softly, but the sound was tinged with sadness. He knew Phayu meant every word, but that didn’t make the impending goodbye any easier.

"I know," Rain replied, his voice soft. "See you soon at my graduation, i want a big gift."

"Everything you want baby" he replied softly.

Phayu’s grip on Rain tightened for a moment, as if he could somehow transfer his strength, his resolve, into Rain. Then, with a gentle hand, he cupped Rain’s cheek, bringing their lips together for a lingering kiss.

The kiss was full of promise, a vow that this was only temporary. When they finally pulled apart, Rain’s eyes were glassy, but he blinked back the tears. He didn’t want Phayu to leave with a heavy heart.

"I’ll be counting down the days," Phayu said, his thumb brushing across Rain’s cheek, tracing the line of his jaw. His voice was steady, but there was a crack in it that only Rain could hear.

"Me too," Rain whispered back, his hand resting over Phayu’s heart. He could feel the steady beat beneath his palm, a rhythm that matched his own.

With one final, intense gaze, Phayu stepped back, reluctantly letting go of Rain’s hand. "Take care of yourself baby, and remember, we’re almost there. Just a little more time apart."

Rain nodded, swallowing hard as he watched Phayu turn and head toward the gate. His feet felt like they were made of lead, and every step away from Phayu felt like it took a piece of his heart with it.

But he knew they were close to the finish line. In just three months, they would finally be together, with nothing to stand between them and no distance.

Phayu disappeared from his sight, Rain exhaled slowly, trying to steady the emotions swirling inside him. He had to focus now on his studies, on his projects, on finishing this chapter of his life. The sooner he graduated, the sooner he could start his life with Phayu.

Turning on his heel, Rain left the airport, his thoughts already racing ahead to the future they would build together. Three months wasn’t so long, he told himself. It was just a season. And after that, they would never have to say goodbye again.

After a long and exhausting flight, Phayu finally landed back in Bangkok. The familiar warmth of the city greeted him as he stepped out of the plane, but all he could think about was getting home and resting.
