20- Newfound

Nearly a month had passed since the incident that upended their lives. Phayu was tirelessly working to clear up the mess, navigating the complexities of his father's arrest and the forthcoming trial.

The first trial was set for the next week, he was getting nervous. Although he wants fairness but sometimes a part of him just want to use his money and power to get his father out of there, but thinking of that, it will not give him a life lesson he deserves.

Phayu had managed to clear some charges against Pakin, aiming to reduce the overall charges significantly. He had secured a highly skilled lawyer who had gathered compelling evidence that could potentially result in either a reduced sentence or a hefty fine for Pakin.

During this month, life had been hectic for Phayu. He spent countless hours working, moving from one meeting to another, and eliminating unnecessary businesses while canceling others. He was laying the groundwork for a new company, which was set to launch in two months.

This company would be a fresh start, with a clean slate, providing job opportunities for the younger generation. Phayu planned to use his cover name, Storm Sersong which was not known after the Germany mission he continue using his real name in the field, now to keep his past and the Chaikamon's name separate from his new venture, he'll take that name for new start.

On the other side, Rain was equally busy. Balancing his school and job, his name had quickly become known in the industry. In just over three months, he had received calls from top companies eager to recruit him upon graduation.

Despite these offers, Rain was considering opening his own company or working with Phayu to build something even bigger. Their relationship was stronger and happier than ever. They supported each other, worked together, and found joy in their shared ambitions.

Rain had also talked to his mother, explaining everything that was happening. She was initially shocked but ultimately relieved to see her son so happy. She could see the spark and joy in him and was content knowing he had found his soulmate.

Since regaining his memories, Phayu felt closer to Rain than ever before. He had loved Rain even without remembering their past, but the missing pieces had always been a barrier to him.

Rain would tell him stories of their past, and Phayu could only listen and smile, feeling the void of forgotten memories. Now, with everything back, including the happiness, pain, and suffering, Phayu felt a sense of relief mixed with the overwhelming weight of these memories.

Despite the mental strain, Phayu was happier than ever. He no longer carried the burden of lost memories and could fully appreciate the depth of their relationship. The support and unwavering love from Rain had been his anchor through the tumultuous times.

One evening after a very long week, they decided to spend time together on weekend and not think of anything else, they sat together in their living room wrapped in each other arms, Rain looked at Phayu with a warm smile. "You've been working so hard Phayu" he said with small caresses on his arms "How are you holding up at work?" He added.

Phayu sighed, leaning back on the couch. "It's been tough, but having you by my side makes it bearable. I couldn't have done any of this without your support and love." He came closer kissing the tip of rain's nose before leaning back again.

Rain squeezed his arms. "And you won't have to do it alone, I'm here now just like i always have been."

Phayu smiled, after so long he can say they're happy without having to deal with something trying to separate them. Even if it's for a short period of time before rain can go back to US to finish his studies. He will enjoy every moment they have together for now.
