Maria
_______

My head is killing me. I have the worst hangover I've ever had. I don't even remember how I got home, in my bed, or changed.

It takes me around ten minutes to get up and go to the bathroom. When I get to the bathroom and look in the mirror my makeup is off.

I decide to take the medicine that's on my bedside table. I hope I didn't do anything embarrassing last night. The last thing I remember is me drinking water that Lorenzo gave me.

I'm assuming Mae brought me up here then went back with James.

Me: Hey, did you bring me to my room?

Mae Mae: No, girl, Lorenzo did.

Oh.

Me: please tell me I didn't do anything embarrassing yesterday.

Mae Mae: ....

Me: what did I do.

Mae Mae: Come to the beach with me, we can talk about everything there. We can invite the boys.

Me: Mae,please just tell me.

Mae Mae: No can do. Meet me at the beach if you want to know.

Me: You piss me off.

Mae Mae: That's what I'm here for. I'll pick you up in 10.

Me:Fine.

Since I'm apparently going to the beach I start to get ready. I go to my dresser and take out a black bikini. It has wrap around straps that go across my stomach, I also put on shorts to go over it.

I go to my bathroom and brush my teeth, and do my hair. I'm going to take a shower when I get back even though I definitely need one now I don't have enough time.

After im done getting ready I go to check on Lily and James. "Hey guys, im going to the beach, will you both be fine if I leave? Dads upstairs in his room." I say when I see them in the kitchen.

"We'll be fine, go have fun, if we need anything we can ask dad." Lily informs.

"Okay, I love you." I go up to kiss them on the forehead. Then the doorbell rings.

When I open the door Mae yells, "HEY BITCH!"

"Shut the fuck up. I still have a headache." I groan.

"Oh,right, sorry." She sends an apologetic smile.

We walk to the car and chat, when we get in and talk more but she said she won't tell me what happened until we get to the beach.

•••••

We've finally made it to the beach I practically pull her out of the car. We set up our towels and lay down. "Spill, what happened."

"Okay," she laughs. "It wasn't that bad, well, I don't know the whole thing, but from what James told me y'all were outside and you were on his lap and y'all were talking. That's what James told me."
