Rosé's heart leapt into her throat as soon as she heard the doorbell ringing. She quickly let go of what she was currently holding and ran into the door.
As soon as she opened the door, she saw a familiar figure waiting for her. Of course, he's wearing a facemask for their own safety. She instinctively opened her arms for a hug but he quickly stepped aside.
Her face fell. A look of disappointment crossed her face. Why did he quickly move away? Did she do something wrong? Is he mad at her?
"H-Huh? Why-"
Jimin chuckled softly at her upset face.
"Baby...I need to sanitize myself first, okay? I've been to a lot of places that might've had a lot of germs. You know that the virus is very prevalent, and it's unsafe for you to have physical contact with me just yet."
He paused before a small smile tugged his lips before saying his next words.
"And you know I don't want my beautiful princess to get the virus, okay?"
A small blush crept in her face as she realized the situation.
"I...I might've over reacted..."
She smiled sheepishly. Jimin chuckled softly. He was almost about to pat her head but then he quickly realized that he couldn't touch her just yet.
"Baby... I'll take a bath first, okay? You wait here... I don't want my baby getting hurt by that virus, okay? I love youuuu."
He spoke softly, prolonging the "u" in "I love you". He smiled with his eyes because he couldn't smile with his lips because of the mask.
"Okay, but you better hurry up, alright? I can't wait too long to be in your arms again."
She smiled softly before blowing him a flying kiss.
