42. "See someone you like?"

"Surprise!" They all shouted, waving their hands around. I couldn't move, none of us moved, as all we could do was stare. Our suspicions were so far off I almost laughed because we worked ourselves so much.

And our freaking parents were in Korea!

As if we were one, all three of us basically ran into our parents' open arms. Hearing the door close, I started crying again. Because I missed them so much. Especially with recent events, all I wanted was my mom's hug. I squeezed them tight and nearly suffocated with their grip, but I didn't move as I cried in their arms.

"Oh, honey, it's all okay. We're here now." Mom whispered against my ear as she rubbed my back. Dad kissed my head before pulling back, and they both stared at me. Then their smiles dropped, and mom grabbed my chin and inspected my face.

"Baby, what's wrong? How bad is this flu?" She asked, her voice soothing, and I sniffed loudly, using my sleeve to wipe my face, but my sobs were so bad I couldn't speak. And I just hugged my mom and let it all out. Everyone laughed then, probably thinking it's due to how much I missed them, which yes, was true. But I cried more because I knew she had me. It just felt different—her hug from the rest of the world. It felt safer to just cry in. And I knew she'd be with me, help me.

"I missed you. So much." I said during sobs. And then they all just waited a minute for me to calm down.

After Madi and her dad went to go buy more groceries as we actually did run out, I finally gained control and stopped crying and actually managed to hug my parents properly. Ross had just left as he wasn't actually going to cook but needed us gone as our parents had to get ready. Without another word, he nodded at us all and left.

"Why are you so thin?" Mom asked suspiciously, and I frowned. I haven't been skipping meals again, well, not on purpose anyway. Shaking my head, I brushed some hair back.

"I haven't been feeling all that well. You know that. But I am eating. I promise." I whispered the last part, and her mouth tightened, but she nodded.

"Yeah, Mrs. Smith, we're feeding her loads. Don't worry." Vic said it from between her parents. My mom nodded then, before Vics mom started about our song. That caused the whole conversation to turn, and they were all expressing how proud they were when Mads walked in with her dad.

"Madison I don't like that you were between someone's legs. I didn't raise you that way!" Mrs. Jones, her mom, joked, and she dramatically sighed.

"But mom," she whined loudly, "they got to do it. I was peer pressured." She pointed at me and Vic, and we all screamed with laughter.

"But we weren't giving anyone head." Vic whispered but not soft enough as everyone gasped and her mom (Mrs. Benton) slapped her leg. Suddenly all three dads got up, shook their heads, and walked to the kitchen, causing us all to howl with laughter.

"Oh! Look here, mother!" Vic smiled, nearly jumping in her seat as she pulled out a picture, and my stomach dropped. It was a photo of Max. Her newest crush. We haven't met him yet, as she wasn't sure he was ready to, but they have been calling each other a lot recently, and by the looks of it, it was going great.

"I met him while filming. He's name is Maxim, and he's from Russia." She said, and I smiled at how she spoke of him. Her face was bright with excitement as a blush formed on her cheeks.

"Oh, he's handsome. Very handsome Victoria." Mrs. Jones scanned him, both my and Vic's mom nodding in agreement.

"He'd give very cute babies." My mom joked, and Vic turned into a tomato as we all laughed her out.
