If there was one thing Jude hated, it was the feeling of being completely helpless. He admired how strong and independent Naya was, but in the moments where he could tell she wasn't, and more importantly, she said she was, he struggled.

It went without saying that Jude absolutely despised Drew, and reading the details of the night Naya was sexually assaulted by his friends in his home only intensified his hatred towards him even more.

Despite being a fierce competitor on the tennis court, Naya was soft-spoken and kind-hearted. She was always there to support the people she cared about.

The fact that Drew took it upon himself to leak the story of Naya's sexual assault to the media had Jude seeing red.

The way Jude saw it, after what his friends had done to Naya, he continued to drag her through the mud both emotionally and mentally.

"Is something on your mind brother?" Jude's teammate David asked as he watched him come to the end of a drill, noticing a rather tense and unnerving look in his eyes.

Although Jude's relationship with Naya wasn't of common knowledge to the general public, his teammate's and staff were aware that Jude was indeed with the tennis star.

They were also aware of the story circulating and had seen the toll it was taking on Jude. Despite his usually calm, composed and playful demeanor on the pitch in training, Jude had been more aggressive and a little reserved since arriving at practice that morning.

"I'm fine, just got lot on my mind," Jude replied to David, trying to brush off the concern. But deep down, the anger and frustration were simmering beneath the surface, threatening to boil over at any moment. Jude couldn't shake off the images of Naya's pain and suffering, worsened by the betrayal of someone she once considered a friend.

As the practice continued, Jude's usually sharp focus was slipping, his mind wandering back to Naya and the injustice she was facing. The more he thought about it, the more determined he became to do something about it.

When the coach called for the end of practice, Jude was the first player off pf the pitch and into the dressing room's to shower so he could leave.

Although he had been keeping tabs on Naya all day, and she had assured him that she would be meet him over at his place later, he really didn't want to wait that long to see her.

Instead of making his way home, he drove the familiar route to her apartment to pick her up instead. She'd told him countless times that she was okay, but he knew better than to take her word for it.

Already the internet had turned on Drew and Caleb, both of their upcoming tennis matches had been postponed while American Tennis Association ran own investigations following the news of Naya's assault.

As Jude pulled up in front of Naya's building, he couldn't shake off the worry gnawing at him. He texted her to let her know he was outside, and within moments, she appeared at the entrance, looking a little surprised to see him there so soon.
