To put it simply, Jude was absolutely pissed off. He knew it was by no fault of hers, but to see Naya being linked to Drew across social media annoyed him, to say the least.

Hate was a word he didn't often use, but after finding out what he and his friends did to Naya, Jude couldn't help but feel a deep sense of hatred towards Nate.

It made for a good headline to have both tennis players currently blazing through the Wimbledon tournament linked romantically, although Jude knew that was the furthest thing from the truth.

His own feelings aside, Jude knew Naya must've wanted to hide away from the world. He knew how much she resented Drew and wanted absolutely nothing to do with him after how he and his people took advantage of her.

Which is exactly why after a grueling training session with his teammates and coaches, Jude was making his way to London via a private jet.

Naya had no idea of his pending visit, and he was annoyed that the only day he was able to make the trip was on one she didn't have a match at Wimbledon, but he wouldn't allow that to deter him.

Jude couldn't help but go through her Instagram as the jet soared through the sky bound for London.

If her heart wasn't set on tennis, she could've easily been someone's model. As he scrolled through her feed, he couldn't deny the beauty and grace that radiated from Naya in every photo. The thought of Nate and his friends exploiting her vulnerability made Jude's blood boil.

When the jet landed in London, Jude felt a wave of excitement wash through him at the thought of reuniting with Naya.

The ride from the airport to Naya's hotel wasn't long and Jude was thankful he was able to go undetected as he made his way.

As he approached the hotel, Jude felt a mix of nervousness and determination. When he spoke with Naya the day before, she assured him that she was okay, but it wasn't enough to put his mind at ease.

In the moment Jude had no idea what he'd do if he saw Nate face to face and as angry as he was towards him, it was Naya who needed his care and attention.

Whilst they still navigated without any title, it went without saying that Naya was his to protect.

The thought of Drew even being in the same place as her sent a surge of protectiveness through Jude. He clenched his jaw, his fists tightening as he made his way to Naya's hotel room.

As he stood in front of her door, Jude took a deep breath to calm the storm of emotions swirling inside him. Knocking gently, he waited, heart pounding in his chest.

When the door opened, revealing Naya's surprised expression, Jude's anger melted away, replaced by a rush of relief at seeing her safe and sound.

"Naya," he breathed, taking in the sight of her. She looked tired but beautiful, her eyes widening in disbelief at his unexpected presence.
