Anna was supposed to get married in the summer. She was supposed to get married after the Euros. Yet there she was...in Ibiza with Ferran. Not with the guy who she was supposed to marry because he decided cheating on her was a good idea. Anna was completely over Hugo. The cheating barely hurt after the initial shock. But seeing that notification on her phone...she never deleted it. And so she woke up to her phone screaming "wedding day" at her.
"You ok?", asked Ferran when he saw her looking at her phone with a sad face.
"I was supposed to get married today".
"Oh. I didn't know you had a date".
"We didn't have time to send the invitations...yeah".
Ferran tried not to be hurt by how sad Anna looked. But of course something like this would upset her. He got that. "Did you have a dress and all that?"
"No. I didn't have time for that either. It's just stupid".
Anna got up and started to pace around the room before sitting down again. Ferran wanted to say something but didn't know what.
"I didn't want to marry him. Not fully. And I wanted to be with you so I'm happy but...it's weird, you know? To think today was the day I was going to get married".
"It is a bit weird", he agreed.
"I don't want to bore you with this shit...".
"Hey", said Ferran, sitting down next to her and holding her hand. "Nothing you feel is boring to me. We can talk about it".
"I rather we got out and explore and enjoy the day".
"We can do that too. But only after you prove to me you're fine".
Hearing that made Anna smile. "I'm always fine if you're with me".
However, their planned activities were ruined for the day because of the big storm that arrived to the island. It was supposed to stop raining later in time for them to go out with Ferran's friends, who were also on the island with them. But during the day it was time to stay inside the villa and enjoy the company.
"I got so many good photos of you", said Ferran while he was looking at his phone.
"Yeah?"
"But I don't want to post them because you look too sexy and you posting thirst traps is already enough. I'm not going to post more".
"I post thirst traps?", asked Anna, laughing.
"The Calvin Klein campaigns?"
"I don't choose what I wear on those. Or how to pose".
"Well, whoever chooses it for you does a great job but I do get a little jealous seeing all the men drooling over your photos in the comments".
"You should be more jealous about Paula doing that. She's got more of a chance than the men do".
"I know", sighed Ferran, rolling his eyes playfully. "I've accepted she's the other love of your life".

Ferran didn't want Anna to see the comments that mentioned Hugo but that last one caught his attention. "His ex"...did that mean Cecilia? What was she saying?
But soon he found out.
"So Cecilia", started the presenter. "It must be hard to see your ex with someone else so soon after your break up".
"Not really. I mean, they were already a thing when Ferran and I were together so I was just waiting for the moment Anna dropped the act and stopped pretending she cared about that Hugo guy. He did her a favour by cheating on her".
"Do you know if he cheated on you with Anna?"
"I don't know...like 100%, you know? But when he met her, he changed. Ferran is a perfect boyfriend, I'll give him that. He makes you feel like only you exist. Until he met Anna and he made me feel like only she existed. I caught him messaging her at 3am a few times and things like that. It was very hard for me. And when he dumped me, I assumed it was to be with her but she stayed with Hugo for months. It's hard to believe they were just friends during all that time".
"But Anna dumped Hugo when he cheated on her?"
"Yeah. He gave her a way out. But she should take a look in the mirror and face the truth. What Hugo did to her, she did to Hugo too. And what Hugo did to her, Ferran did to me. They're not innocent".
"What the fuck?", Ferran stopped watching the video and closed his eyes. He was trying to think about how he could protect Anna from this but everyone could watch the video.
"Today is a cursed day", said Anna entering the room and Ferran thought she had seen the video.
"Why?"
"I broke a nail", she told him, showing the finger with the broken nail and making Ferran laugh seeing her pout.
"Wait until you find out what Cecilia said...".
"Cecilia?"
Anna was eerily quiet while she watched the video. And then she picked up her phone and opened the Instagram app.
"What are you doing?", asked Ferran.
"You'll see".
