AUTHOR POV~

As they five friends entered the rose garden and made their way toward the shed area, there she was, Y/N standing near the chair with a pouty expression sulking at her phone completely unaware of her surroundings.

They all chuckled and Jungkook who couldn't help but smile slightly, seeing her pout his expression going unnoticed by everyone except Taehyun who smirked to himself.

Watching Jungkook who struggle to hide his feelings, taehyun shook his head and muttered under his breath "Jungkook's love story is gonna be a wild ride. Watching him get wrapped around Y/N's finger is gonna be too nuch fun."

Eunae noticed Taehyun's smirk and nudged him slightly. "Why are you smiling to yourself, like a dumb?" she asked him  looking annoyed and with a playful glint. Taehyun chuckled softly and shook his head a gesture of no and not giving her an answer.

As they all approached Y/n she remained engrossed in her phone her back slightly turned unaware that they all are were near.

Jungkook and Eunae led the group, followed by Minji, Soobin and Taehyun. They sneaked up closer and in unison, they all shouted near her ear "BOO!!" startling Y/N so much that her phone slipped from her hands and fell to the ground with a sound of thud.

In her shock she lost her balance, nearly slipping but Jungkook was fast enough he reacted quickly, catching her by the waist.

Their eyes locked and for a moment the world seemed to pause for both of them. Jungkook's gaze was filled with concern his eyes searching hers and Y/N was still processing the shock couldn't look away from him.

His eyes briefly traveled down from her eyes to her lips lingering for a second longer than he intended to before a deliberate cough of Taehyun's interrupted them, making Jungkook to quickly pull her up still holding her arm. "Are you okay?" he asked, checking her to make sure she wasn’t hurt.

"Wow!! What a catch!" Eunae clapped her voice dripping with playfulness. Y/N now fully aware of her surroundings looked at Eunae in shock and stammered a little in surprise "E-Eunae?"

Eunae grinned and nodded. "Yup Miss Kang, that's me..!! Now hurry up hurry up. I want a hug!!" she said dramatically. Making Y/n rushed to embrace her exclaiming in excitement, "Oh my god Eunae, I missed you..!! You know I kept asking Minji when you’d be back from England."

Eunae laughed, pulling her back from the hug. "Well, Miss Pouty Kang I'm here now" she teased making Y/N blush and the whole group burst into laughter at Eunae playful banter to make Y/n tease.

They all sat comfortably around the table in the garden, enjoying Y/N handmade cookies their chatter filled with laughter and lighthearted jokes. The delicate scent of roses lingered in the air adding a calming touch to the moment.

Eunae munching happily on the cookies turned to Y/n with a grin. "Hey..!! Y/N how was Switzerland? I'm planning a trip there soon. You'll come with me right?" she asked, her tone casual but hopeful.

She opened her mouth to respond, but Taehyun cut in teasing Eunae. "Seriously Eunae? You just got back and you're already planning another trip? What about your poor, lovely Taehyun? You're just gonna leave me behind?"

He pouted dramatically earning a burst of laughter from everyone. Making Eunae rolled her eyes but she couldn't hide her smile.

Y/n smiled at Eunae, finally getting her chance to speak. "Of course, I'd love to go with you Eunae. Switzerland is beautiful the views, the mountains everything is just breathtaking. I really miss it already and I can't wait to go back there." She spoke with excitement her eyes lighting up at the memory of Switzerland.
