"Stay here Y/n" wolverine gave him a firm look, telling him that he meant it. Logan got out of the truck, cigar still in his mouth, as he walked down to the trailer

looking at the lump hidden under some fabric He poked it. but when it didn't respond, he pulled it off to see that it was the girl from the bar, the one who warned him about the guy with the knife

"What the hell are you doing?" He asked, kinda annoyed or suspicious

"I'm sorry," She said as she sat up. "I needed a ride thought you might help me." she tries to explain herself

"Get out." Logan simply answered emphasising his words with a hand motion. He picked up her bag and moved it out of the trailer

"Where am I supposed to go?" She asked as she started to climb out of the trailer

"Don't know" Logan responded, getting more irritated by the second.

"You don't know, or you don't care?" She had gotten out completely, standing next to her large bag of things

"Pick one." He retorted before putting his cigar back in his mouth, turning around, and walking back up to the driver's door

"I saved your life!" The girl called in an attempt to persuade him to give her a lift, but he was already getting into the driver's seat at that point, responding with "No, you didn't" as he closed the door and started to drive off

But he had at some sympathy in his demeanor, recognizing that Rogue is just a scared kid so he didn't even make it around the bend before he stopped and waited for the girl. You chuckled and he gave you a mean look before you could say anything

When she got in, she was quiet for a few seconds before asking if they had anything to eat "you don't have anything to eat, do you?"

Wolverine put his cigar back into his mouth and opened a compartment which had some sort of food in it. He grabbed the package food out and gave it to her which she instantly shove it in her mouth like a starved animal

She took off her hood from the cloak she was wearing and starting up a small conversation "I'm Rogue" She introduced herself, and you suspended that it was one of those fake names, like how Logan had Wolverine

Wolverine didn't answer, so You were confused on whether or not you should answer. Usually Wolverine would give you a look to see if you wanted to talk for him or not, but he didn't even give you a glance

Rogue leaned forward slightly to read the name on the dogtag that sat around Wolverine's neck

"Were you in the army?" She asked "Doesn't that mean you were in the army?" She rephrased her original question. But wolverine just hid the dogtag under his shirt

Rogue then looked back at you, you were a bit nervous since sometimes you were socially awkward

"What's your name?" She asked you and after hesitating for a moment, you spoke
"im uhh y/n" you gave her a small smile

The truck was silent once again. Rogue then started rubbing her hands in a manner of trying to warm them up. Wolverine noticed and turned on the heater as he spoke "put your hands on the heater" but when he went to move her hands to it, she flicked and moved away

"I'm not gonna hurt you, kid. " He said

"It's nothing personal; it's just that when people touch my skin, something happens" She explained, which made it sound like she was a mutant, maybe thats why she wasn't judging them

"What?" wolverine asked as she was putting back on her gloves

You both wanting a further explanation, to which she told him "I don't know. They just get hurt"

"Fair enough" He answered, putting two hands on the wheel and turning his attention back on the road

"When they come out, does it hurt?" Rogue asked while looking at Wolverines hand

"Every time" He answered

"So what kind of name is Rogue?" He questioned, starting the conversation for once

"I don't know. What kind of a name is Wolverine?" She retorted, which made you gasp

"My name's Logan" He told her, to which she answered back "Marie"

The drive continued in silence for another few minutes before Marie told Logan that he should really wear his seatbelt, Which you found that funny. You would be wearing a seatbelt right now but since your in the back, you couldn't really wear one cause theres none there

"look kid. I don't need advice on auto safety from-" Suddenly a tree fell in front of the truck, but because Logan couldn't stop it in time they crashed right into it, sending Logan and you out windshield far from the truck, leaving Rogue in it alone

Thankfully, both of you hit nothing but slid some distance across the snow. Logan slowly got up and noticed you were faced down in the snow

"y/n" he called out and you turned your face at him "im good" you said, groaning, and turning your face back into the snow, not bothering to get up since everything hurted at the moment

He started walking towards the truck, going to go check on Marie, when he noticed a different smell in the air of someone else
His claws came out in self-defense, but moments later, a man with an intimidating presence, towering over Logan with a feral look in his eyes.

His long, wild hair and animalistic features make him appear almost more beast than man. And without a warning, the creature attacks, and the two engage in a ferocious fight. You quickly got up and tried to get away before the creature noticed you and picked you up, sending you flying into the forest

Logan unsheathes his adamantium claws, and the two mutants clash violently. The fight is brutal and raw, with both using their immense strength and sharp claws. Snow flies as they grapple, each trying to overpower the other. The creature throws Logan through the air hitting a tree and causing it to break and almost collapse on him

Inside the truck, a fire had started in the back, getting dangerously close to the gas tank that would cause the truck to explode with Rogue in it. As Logan was about to get up, the creature used a broken part of the tree to hit Logan, sending him flying on top of the truck's bonnet

The man was walking towards the unconscious Logan, ready to destroy him until the snow and wind picked up a notch. Two people came to their rescue.

Cyclops uses his optic blasts to drive the monster back, while Storm summons lightning to create a blinding flash. The monster retreats into the forest, leaving Logan bruised but alive

The both of them then quickly gone to help Rogue and Logan get away from the truck before it could explode. Meanwhile....
