Cage fight

The atmosphere in a bar in canada was tense and raw, filled with a rough crowd who are eager for violence, People surrounded whats seems to look like a cage, cheering on the fighter they bet on to win, some were drinking, some were smoking, and some were probably doing lines of heroin or something else in the bathrooms

You were sitting near the cage, close enough to feel the thrill, but not so close that you could count Wolverine's chest hairs or get flattened by the stampede of people swarming for a better view.

You were sipping on your vodka while you waited, when the next bell rang to indicate another fighter had been taken down, Two bouncers, or who you assumed were bouncers, guards, or whatever, dragged the unconscious fighter by his arms out of the fighting cage

Then the announcer started to talk again
"Gentlemen" he called to get their attention "In all my years I've never seen anything like that" the crowd would erupt, multiple "NO"s could be heard

"Are you going to let this man walk away with your money?" the same thing happened expect this time, a man shouted out that he would fight him. loud cheering could he heard standing up and heading down to the cage

"Ladies and gentlemen, our savior!" The announcer dramatically exclaimed into the microphone, the crowd cheering on the new guy

you on the other hand, you were utterly tired of it all. You knew no one here could beat him and fighting him is just a waste of time because you know you'll be done for. You hoped this was the last person who'd stand up and try to fight wolverine

The announcer was warning the new fighter not to hit the other guy in the balls or he'd take it personally (reasonable)

The bells rang again to indicate that the fight had begun, you watched the new fighter getting the first swing since Wolverine had his back to him. Getting that advantage the new fighter got some more hits in. Punching him in the face, knocking him to all fours by the cage walls and kicking him against the metal wires

After taking several hits Wolverine was given the small time to briefly recover, he got the upper hand once again. Their fists had collided, and the new fighter was the one who got hurt from it, Wolverine delivers a series of powerful punches, catching his opponent off guard. Wolverine's blows are brutal and efficient, quickly turning the tide of the fight

Wolverine leaves the cage and heads back to the bar, where he's approached by the bartender, who throws him his winnings—a small stack of cash

The opponent collapses to the floor, unconscious. Wolverine steps back, breathing heavily but composed

"Ladies and gentlemen, tonight's winner and still king of the cage, the Wolverine!" The announcer declared his victory. Some of the crowd cheered, and some of them booed, just like any other night
