After Savani and her family returned from their trip to California. Their families decided to take Savani, Zarielle, Amir, and Jaylen to the beach. They had fun catching up on what they had all done during the summer. Shortly after, they all headed home to get ready for their first day of high school.
The Next Day
It's 5:30 am and savani hears her phone ring and it's Zarielle facetiming her.

Zari: WAKE UPPP! SCHOOL IS HEREEEE!
Savani: Ughh girl it's too early.
Zari: Don't have time for that. We are freshmen.
Savani: Let me sleep a little longer.
Zari: NOOOO! Get DRESSED!
Savani: Okayy fine.
Zari: Thank you but I need to see your face to know you are up.
Savani: (shows face) happy?
Zari: Actually no but when you dressed at your vanity will though (laughs)

Afterwards, Savani continues talking to Zarielle on the phone as she gets dressed, gets up, and goes about her morning routine. A While later Liv knocks on Savani's bedroom door.
Savani: Come in.
Liv: Hey baby I see you're up without me or your dad coming in here to wake you up.
Savani: (laughs) Hey mom and Zarielle woke me up.
Liv: Ofc she did but i wanted to know how are you feeling about your first day of highschool?
Savani: Um I don't really know, maybe I'm a little nervous.
Liv: That's okay, it's normal. But I don't want you to worry because you'll have Zarielle, Amir, and Jaylen.
Savani: I know mom.
Liv: (starts tearing up) I can't believe you're going to high school.
Savani: (hugs her) Mom i'll be fine but you and dad should be really happy you'll have the house to yourselves.
Liv: Still we're going to miss you and your brother.
Savani: Sooo I can stay home?
Liv: Absolutely not.
Savani: Ughh fine.
Liv: Nice try but I want you to remember it's okay if you don't have friends. I didn't have any when I started nothing but your uncle Jordan until he left me for his friends.
Savani: Wow, that's so messed up.
Liv: (laughs) but for you that shouldn't be a problem you make friends easily.
Savani: Yah but these kids might be a little different.
Liv: Trust me I know but when you're done I made breakfast downstairs.
Savani: Okay I'll be down.
Savani then finishes up and goes downstairs for breakfast.
Spencer: Wassup baby girl (kisses her on the forehead).
Savani: Hii dad and mhm the food smells good.
