Members of different Familia's, the Hera Familia and the Astrea Familia, Bell and Ryu had always been like two stars orbiting separate constellations, never crossing paths. They belonged to different worlds with different missions, their lives running on parallel tracks that never seemed to intersect.

Yet, as time moved on, as battles were fought, and the world around them shifted, the lines that kept them apart began to blur. Small moments of chance turned into encounters, a glimpse here, a conversation there. Slowly, the walls that separated them started to crumble, and their paths began to curve toward one another.

Leading to now.

Bell: *Blushing* Uhm... I know this is sudden, miss Ryu, but... would you like to...... Go on a date with me?

He said nervously his hands fidgeting

Ryu: *Blush* D-D-Date?!

She said with widened eyes, her cheeks flushing a deep red

The two stood alone in a quiet, secluded part of the city, where the hustle of Orario seemed to fade into a gentle hum. The sun was already beginning to set, the skies turning pale orange. The cobblestone streets were lit only by the warm glow of a few lanterns, casting soft, dancing shadows around them. Bell's heart pounded in his chest, his voice shaky but filled with determination, while Ryu felt a rush of emotions she hadn't prepared for.

Earlier, Bell had been asked to join the Astrea Familia on one of their patrols, a simple request he hadn't thought much of at first. But when he realized he'd been "coincidentally" paired with Ryu, his heart had begun racing for an entirely different reason. Throughout their patrol, he'd stolen glances her way, summoning the courage to do what he was about to do. Now, with their duty finished and the perfect moment hanging in the air, he finally found the strength to ask.

Ryu felt her usual calm shatter like glass. A date? With Bell Cranel? She didn't know how to respond, her mouth opening slightly before closing again, trying to find the right words, trying to control the flurry of emotions that had suddenly taken hold of her.

Ryu: *Blush* I-I would like to.

Bell's nervousness vanished, replaced with a wide smile as he heard Ryu's response.

Bell: *Smile* Then! Shall we meet at the hostess of fertility in an hour? Y-You would want to change clothes first right?

Ryu glanced down, feeling the heat rise to her cheeks as she noticed their current state, both still in their adventurer gear, dirt and the signs of their patrol still fresh on them.

Ryu: *Blush* Y-Yes that would be nice...

Bell: *Smile* See you soon then...

He said with a smile, his eyes filled with eagerness.

The two quickly parted ways, Bell headed back home to the Hera manor where he was quickly greeted by his mother as he was trying to go to his room.

Meteria: Bell? You just got home there's no need to be in such a rush.
