Lei Xiao had originally planned to stay in Set for at least five or six days, but he didn't expect Si'er to finish packing everything all at once. After seeing that Si'er had rested well and showed no further issues, Lei Xiao felt relieved. They stayed in Set for just one more day before leaving. After asking Si'er's preferences, Lei Xiao took him on a trip.

In both lifetimes, this was the first time Yao Ziqing had gone on a trip with Second Brother, and it was a trip for just the two of them. He was thrilled. The rock wasn't very high, but it was still challenging for a first-time climber. Lei Xiao had chosen this climbing spot based on Si'er's physical condition, making sure it was neither too easy nor beyond his ability, and that he could handle any unexpected situations.

Climbing was a sport that tested one's mental strength. The courage, perseverance, and sense of accomplishment and pride gained from reaching the top were feelings that were hard to imagine without experiencing them firsthand.

In the past, Si'er had been in poor health, so Lei Xiao never dared or had the opportunity to let him try extreme sports. Not to mention climbing, even a 3,000-meter run was something Si'er might not have been able to complete. Si'er's delicate and sensitive personality came from spending his childhood indoors painting, and he was somewhat indecisive. Lei Xiao was aware of Si'er's shortcomings, but they were a result of the indulgence from the older brothers. Changing his ingrained personality wasn't easy.

If the future could remain peaceful, this wouldn't be a problem. He could protect him no matter what. But if the environment did become as difficult as Si'er feared, without a strong mindset, he might break down emotionally before even starving to death.

Seeing Si'er, drenched in sweat, with his hair sticking to his face and his cheeks flushed from the heat, but still gritting his teeth and persevering, Lei Xiao couldn't help but smile slightly. Right now, Si'er was doing great.

Du Heng, watching the cryptic symbols flashing on the screen, quickly deciphered them and turned to the group huddled around planning the mission. "The target has changed routes and is on the way back from the airport. Purpose unknown."

A man with dark skin, a muscular build, and wearing a tight black tank top turned to ask, "What's going on? Did we leak information?"

Du Heng shook his head. "According to the reports, the airport is now under high alert for unknown reasons. They are thoroughly checking every outbound passenger, and the security forces in Set have increased. Something major might have happened."
