MILO's POV (In Germany, the day before Kalea's debut)

" Grabe! Ready na ready na lahat ng maleta mo ah! Excited much?" rinig kong sabi ni Kuya Ezekiel sa upper bed ng aming double deck. Tumawa pa ito dahil sa nakitang dami ng luggage ko.

Naka-organize na lahat ng gamit ko pati yung mga pinamili kong pasalubong para kela Kalea.

Kuya Kiel and I won the competition. We are the champions of our respective categories in chess. 2 weeks of staying here is worth it!

It's just 1 PM right now in Germany, mamayang 12AM ang flight namin. 19hrs ang travel time from Germany to the Philippines kaya baka mga 7PM na kami makauwi sa bukas. Sakto dahil bukas ang debut, once we land, ay didiretso na agad kami sa venue ng debut niya.

"You wanna grab a coffee? Maaga pa naman..." yaya niya sakin.

"Sure Kuya..."

Hindi kami masyado nakapasyal habang narito kami in 2 weeks. Mas nagfocus kasi kami sa practice. There are 5 rounds in the competition per categories, since ako ang representatives for Senior High at first time ko 'to ay sobra akong napressure. I was against 5 contenders from different universities in different countries. I can't believe that I manage to win! I haven't told my friends about this yet, bukas na para surprise hahaha!

Walking distance lang naman ang café na pupuntahan namin.

"What do you want? My treat..." Kuya Ezekiel asked when we finally entered the café.

"Ahh thanks Kuya! I want salted caramel coffee and blueberry cheesecake..." it's Kalea and I's favorite... D*mn! Hanggang ngayon hindi pa din nababawasan ang pagmamahal ko sa kaniya. I thought that being away from her for two weeks will help me lessen this feeling for her but no... mas lalo ko lang siyang namimiss at siya lang ang laman ng utak ko 24/7!

"You seem have a lot in your mind right now... you can tell me what's bothering you...." napa-angat ang ulo ko ng marinig ko ang sinabi ni Kuya Kiel.

Kuya Kiel and I got closer in the span of two weeks. Of course! We're always together and he really treats me as his younger brother. He's too kind, I've never met someone as pure as him. Dati naririnig ko lang ang pangalan nila dahil sobrang sikat sila sa campus, now, I've got to know them personally especially Kuya Kiel. Mas close ko pa 'ata siya sa pinsan kong ilang taon ko ng kasama sa iisang bubong. Tsk!

Kuya Favian and I had a large age gap. 7 years exactly. Our mothers are siblings, dito din sa Germany nakabase ang business ng parents ko which is di ko pa nabibisita kahit 2 weeks na ako dito. I was actually born here since my father has a german blood but I chose to live and study in the Philippines because my friends are there. Because of that, ay dun ako nakatira sa mansion nila.

Through the years being in the same roof, we never talk, just casual to each other. We don't have a deep relationship even though we're cousins and we both have no siblings. Parang dati pa lang kahit musmos ako ay ramdam ko ng magiging magkaribal kami. I didn't know na magkakatotoo nga ito. We fell inlove with the same woman.
