Weeks had passed, and Y/N and Kuroo's relationship had become a regular part of their lives, even though they were miles apart. Their daily texts and late-night calls were filled with laughter, teasing, and the occasional serious conversation. Despite the closeness they had developed, there was still an unspoken tension between them—neither had dared to confess their feelings. But that tension only added a certain excitement to their interactions, like an uncharted territory they were both eager and hesitant to explore.

One evening, after a particularly long day, Y/N found herself in a reflective mood. As she talked to Kuroo over the phone, she suddenly felt the need to bridge the physical distance between them. The idea had been brewing in her mind for a while, and before she could second-guess herself, she blurted it out. "Kuroo," she began, her voice steady, "I think it's my turn to visit you. How about I come to Tokyo this weekend?"

On the other end, Kuroo was sprawled out on his bed, half-listening to her as he scrolled through his phone. The moment her words registered, his hand froze mid-scroll, and his eyes widened in shock. The usually composed captain felt his heart rate spike. He was utterly speechless, something that rarely happened to him. A heavy silence fell over the line, and Y/N, who was used to Kuroo's quick responses, felt a twinge of anxiety creep in. "Kuroo? Are you still there?" she asked, her voice tinged with concern.

Kuroo finally found his voice, though it was shakier than usual. "Y-Yeah, I'm here," he managed, still trying to wrap his mind around what she had just said. "You really want to come all the way to Tokyo? To see me?" He added, a note of disbelief in his tone.

"Of course," Y/N replied, her determination unwavering. "I mean, if you're not too busy, that is..."

Kuroo quickly cut her off, "No! I mean, yes! I'd love that. I'll be waiting for you at the train station."

After the call ended, Kuroo lay back, staring at the ceiling, a grin spreading across his face. He couldn't believe it—Y/N was actually coming to Tokyo to see him. His heart raced with excitement and nerves as he thought about what their day together might hold. He knew he had to make this visit special, something neither of them would forget.

Meanwhile, on the other end of the line, Y/N was processing her own boldness. She had never been one to act on impulse, and the realization of what she had just committed to made her face warm with embarrassment. She gently facepalmed, shaking her head at herself, but a small smile tugged at her lips. Despite the slight embarrassment, she was looking forward to seeing Kuroo again.

The weekend arrived quicker than either of them anticipated. Early Saturday morning, Y/N packed her things and headed out to catch the train to Tokyo. As she was leaving, her mother and little brother couldn't resist teasing her, throwing playful comments about her "big date in Tokyo." Y/N, with her usual cool demeanor, brushed off their comments, but inside, her heart was racing with anticipation.

As she stepped out of the house, her mother watched her go, a soft smile on her face. "She's just like her father," she murmured to herself, a mix of pride and nostalgia in her voice.
