Logan splashes water on his face and grabs a towel to dry himself off, he leaves the bathroom.
Logan: You said he wanted me.
Recalling what Charles told him.
Charles: I made a terrible mistake. His helmet was somehow designed to block my telepathy.
Logan puts on his jacket.
Charles: I couldn't see what he was after till it was too late.
Blaming himself for what happened and Logan walks off.
Storm: Where are you going?
Logan: I'm gonna find her.
Charles: How?
He turns to him and Logan stops by the door.
Logan: The traditional way: look.
He leaves and Storm follows him.
Storm: Logan, you can't do this alone.
She walks down the stairs.
Logan: Who's gonna help me? You? So far you've all done a bang-up job. Especially what happened to Y/N.
Recalling what happened at the train station. Y/N begins to stir and his vision is blurry, he makes out a blurry figure standing there. He blinks a few times and his vision clears up, he sees Scott standing by Charles.
Y/N: Scott? Professor?
He groans a bit.
Scott: Take it easy, Y/N.
Y/N sits up slowly and his mind was a little foggy.
Y/N: What happened?
Scott: "What happened?" You almost got killed, that's what happened.
Y/N notices his tone and he remembers what he did.
Y/N: Look, I'm sorry... okay? I know what I did was stupid. But I had to do something, Scott.
He sighs and Scott shakes his head.
Charles: It's alright, Y/N.
He gives Y/N a comforting smile and he relaxes a bit.
Y/N: I remember you telling me that I have to find something to fight for...
He looks at Scott and he remembers what he told Y/N a year ago.
Y/N: I think I found it.
He smiled and Scott was going to say something but Storm burst into the room.
Storm: Senator Kelly is here.
Y/N: What?
Down in the lab Charles rolls in with Jean. He rolls over to Senator Kelly who's on a medical bed.
Charles: Senator Kelly. I'm Professor Charles Xavier.
Senator Kelly: I was afraid if I went to a hospital, they would--
Charles: treat you like a mutant?
Senator Kelly just looks at him.
Charles: We're not what you think. Not all of us.
Senator Kelly: Tell it to the ones who did this to me.
He shallows and Charles moves in front of him.
Charles: Senator... I want you to try and relax.
He places in hands on the side of Senator Kelly's head and leans in.
