Ingredients:

- 1/2 Muddled Blood Orange

- 1 oz Blood Orange Juice

- 4 oz Prosecco or Champagne

- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

Instructions:

1. Start by muddling half a blood orange at the bottom of your champagne flute, releasing all that vibrant, citrusy flavor.

2. Pour in the blood orange juice, letting it mix with the muddled fruit.

3. If you prefer a sweeter Bellini, add half an ounce of simple syrup to balance the tartness.

4. Slowly top off the glass with Prosecco or Champagne, letting the bubbles gently mix with the blood orange.

5. Give it a light stir, blending the flavors just enough without losing the fizz.

Serving Instructions:
