2 oz Jalapeño-Infused Patrón Silver Tequila

- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

- 1 oz Watermelon Purée

- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup

- 1 cup Ice

Instructions:

1. Start by pouring the jalapeño-infused Patrón Silver Tequila, fresh lime juice, watermelon purée, and simple syrup into your blender. This combination will create a vibrant mix of sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors.

2. Add 1 cup of ice to the blender, giving the margarita its frosty, refreshing texture.

3. Blend the mixture until it's smooth and slushy, allowing the jalapeño-infused tequila to shine through with just the right amount of heat.

4. Pour the frozen margarita into a chilled glass, where the blend of cool watermelon and spicy jalapeño-infused tequila comes together for a perfectly balanced cocktail.

Serving Instructions:

Glassware: Serve in a margarita glass or a rocks glass to highlight the vibrant color and icy texture.

Special Instructions for making your own:

Jalapeño-Infused Tequila

Ingredients:

1 bottle (750 ml) of Tequila (Patrón Silver or your preferred brand)

- 1-3 fresh jalapeños (depending on your desired level of heat)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Jalapeños:

Start by washing the jalapeños thoroughly.

- Slice the jalapeños into thin rounds. You can leave the seeds in for extra heat or remove them for a milder infusion. Keep in mind that the seeds and inner membranes contain most of the heat.

2. Combine with Tequila:

Pour the tequila into a large, sealable glass jar or bottle.

- Add the sliced jalapeños to the tequila.

- Seal the jar or bottle tightly.

3. Infusion Process:

Let the jalapeños infuse the tequila at room temperature. Start checking the flavor after 12 hours to see how spicy it has become.

- For a mild infusion, 12-24 hours may be sufficient. For a spicier kick, let the jalapeños infuse for up to 3 days.

4. Strain and Store:

Once the tequila has reached your desired level of heat, strain out the jalapeños using a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth.

- Transfer the infused tequila back into its original bottle or another clean, sealable container.

5. Serve:

Use your jalapeño-infused tequila in cocktails like margaritas, palomas, or any drink where you want to add a spicy twist.

Tips:

If the infusion becomes too spicy, you can dilute it with more tequila.

- Store the infused tequila in a cool, dark place, and it should last as long as regular tequila.

This process gives you control over the level of spice, allowing you to tailor the heat to your liking!
